Designs and grows Catholic Charities East Bay’s major gifts program by managing a portfolio of 100–125 donors and prospects, cultivating relationships, soliciting five- and six-figure gifts, writing proposals and stewardship reports, maintaining donor CRM records, and supporting campaigns and events. The role also engages East Bay parishes and community networks, collaborates with leadership and program teams, and requires regional travel for donor meetings.

Maintain the integrity and accuracy of the Raiser's Edge donor database, monitor gift coding and new records, produce donor, financial, dashboard, and fundraising reports, reconcile gifts with Finance, generate mailing lists and acknowledgment letters, and establish database procedures and best practices. The role also coordinates data flow across software systems, supports development teams, and ensures confidential handling of donor information.

Coordinates the full lifecycle of grants and contracts, including funding research, proposal preparation, reporting, compliance tracking, deliverable monitoring, contract renewals, and records maintenance. Collaborates with program, finance, analytics, leadership, funders, contractors, and community partners. Maintains grant calendars, reporting schedules, funding pipelines, contract files, and performance data while supporting audits, funding strategy, and organizational sustainability.

Provides intensive, in-home case management to families referred through Contra Costa County’s Differential Response program. Responsibilities include family assessments, action planning, resource referrals, crisis and on-call support, client documentation, follow-up visits, coordination with county and community partners, and participation in required meetings and training. The role requires bilingual English-Spanish communication, independent caseload management, cultural competency, and frequent travel to client homes and community meetings.

Creates and manages digital and print content across social media, email, newsletters, direct mail, websites, and advertising. Develops content strategies, calendars, captions, scripts, blogs, graphics, photos, and videos; maintains brand voice; manages online communities; tracks engagement and campaign metrics; identifies trends; prepares performance reports; and supports marketing, fundraising, and audience-growth goals. Travel to onsite and offsite video locations and events is required.

Provides affirmative immigration representation before USCIS and related agencies, managing cases involving family-based immigration, naturalization, asylum, waivers, DACA, VAWA, U Visas, T Visas, and SIJS. Consults on complex cases, mentors legal staff, supports quality assurance, monitors legal developments, conducts trainings and community education, maintains resources and documentation, and assists with grants, accreditation, and program operations.
