Lead and grow major and transformational giving through strategy, portfolio management, team leadership, donor cultivation/solicitations, stewardship, board engagement, and campaign initiatives to increase multi-year philanthropic support.

Coordinate relationships with childcare providers to ensure regulatory compliance and high-quality services. Conduct program assessments, provide training and resources, assist families in accessing childcare options, and maintain documentation of provider performance and family engagement to support child development outcomes.

Coordinate curriculum development, implementation and evaluation for family childcare; provide training, consultation, and support to FCC educators; manage UPK activities and ASQ data entry; monitor compliance with EEC and agency standards; assist with special education referrals and professional development access.

Provide administrative support for a childcare community center: greet visitors, manage attendance and visitor logs, answer phones, handle mail and invoices, maintain supplies and files, organize meeting rooms, assist in emergencies (may lift children up to 50 lbs), attend meetings/trainings, and perform other office tasks.

Provide front-desk reception and administrative support: greet visitors, answer and screen calls, manage visitor logs and badges, handle mail and payments, update calendars, process NAHHA student applications and certificates, maintain supplies, assist with digitization and events, and ensure confidentiality and professional presentation.

Manage and supervise a team of mental health clinicians and peer specialists serving DCF-involved families. Oversee caseloads, clinical documentation, program contracts, budgeting, reporting to funders, community outreach, staff hiring/training, weekly clinical supervision, and ensure compliance with agency and funding requirements. Provide occasional direct case management and home-based visits; handle on-call duties and local travel.

Manage a caseload of 35–50 immigration clients under attorney supervision. Conduct intakes, prepare and file applications, collect evidence, perform legal research, support complex cases, maintain records in case management software, track program data, and participate in community outreach and workshops.

Assist the Group Leader in supervising and caring for children, implement developmentally appropriate activities, document behaviors and progress, follow health and safety procedures, support classroom maintenance, attend trainings, complete required EEC credentials, and model professional and ethical behavior.
