Coordinates childcare enrollment for families across Catholic Charities centers and family childcare homes. Responsibilities include assessing program enrollment needs, developing enrollment strategies, explaining programs to parents, tracking waitlist data, verifying income and service eligibility, facilitating meetings, and collaborating with directors and community agencies. Requires work with low-income families and parents of young children, knowledge of childcare vouchers, strong communication, organization, confidentiality, local travel, and a valid Massachusetts driver’s license.

Supervise and care for children in grades K–8 in a school-age program. Plan and document enrichment activities, provide homework help, prepare healthy snacks, monitor children’s needs, maintain a safe and supportive environment, communicate with parents, attend trainings, and collaborate with staff while meeting EEC professional development and compliance requirements.

Manage a caseload of 35–50 immigration clients under attorney supervision. Conduct intakes, prepare and file applications, collect evidence, perform legal research, support complex cases, maintain records in case management software, track program data, and participate in community outreach and workshops.
