Provide client-centered case management to victims of crime: develop service plans, engage advocacy and community resources, document case activity, attend court/appointments, offer guidance and psycho-education, support self-sufficiency, and participate in outreach and agency training.

The BOOST Case Manager provides case management and administrative support in human services, assisting participants with education, workforce advancement, and community resource coordination.

The Case Manager connects clients with mental health and substance use resources, formulates service goals, and encourages client independence.

The intern will provide clinical services to school-based clients, develop assessment and treatment plans, and gain skills in trauma-informed practices under supervision.
