Supervises an enhanced community recreation program for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Responsibilities include coordinating program and individual plans, supervising and training staff, maintaining safe staffing and environments, monitoring behavioral and service data, supporting community integration, managing resources, coordinating regulatory compliance, and responding to safety, medical, behavioral, and rights-related concerns.

Provides targeted case management and psychosocial rehabilitation to individuals with serious mental illness and co-occurring needs. Assesses client needs, develops goals, builds daily living and recovery skills, coordinates care, advocates for services, and transports clients as needed. Facilitates Explore and Family Violence Education Program groups, maintains documentation, collaborates with interdisciplinary teams, and supports trauma-informed, culturally responsive services.

Provides strengths-based case management and support to fathers, helping them address family, employment, education, health, and stability goals. Facilitates fatherhood education groups, conducts outreach and recruitment, connects participants with community resources, maintains case records, enters program data, tracks outcomes, and supports quality assurance and reporting. Builds collaborative relationships with participants, service providers, referral partners, and community organizations.
