The BOOST Case Manager provides case management and administrative support in human services, assisting participants with education, workforce advancement, and community resource coordination.

Provide clinical oversight for a VOCA-funded peer recovery program: deliver direct trauma-informed clinical services, supervise a peer recovery specialist using IPS, ensure VOCA/OVS contract compliance and reporting, document in a secure EHR, manage referrals, and lead program development, outreach, and quality assurance.

The clinician provides individual and group services to clients with substance use issues, ensuring compliance with treatment goals and documentation, and adheres to a co-occurring treatment philosophy.
