The position involves providing clinical services, managing cases, formulating treatment plans, and supervising interns while adhering to agency protocols. Clinicians will utilize evidence-based practices and demonstrate knowledge in co-occurring disorders, human behavior, and community resources.

Provide client-centered case management to victims of crime: develop service plans, engage advocacy and community resources, document case activity, attend court/appointments, offer guidance and psycho-education, support self-sufficiency, and participate in outreach and agency training.

Provide clinical oversight for a VOCA-funded peer recovery program: deliver direct trauma-informed clinical services, supervise a peer recovery specialist using IPS, ensure VOCA/OVS contract compliance and reporting, document in a secure EHR, manage referrals, and lead program development, outreach, and quality assurance.
