Lead CatchCo's technology strategy and execution: own the roadmap, drive AI adoption, manage commerce systems and integrations (Shopify, Recharge, Klaviyo, EDI), consolidate data pipelines and BI, improve reliability and observability, scope and manage vendors/contractors, and deliver consumer-facing digital product improvements while managing the e-commerce manager and contract developers.

Build and validate the data infrastructure and reporting for a subscription ecommerce business: reconcile data across Recharge, Shopify, Klaviyo, analytics, Snowflake and ad platforms; create cohort retention and LTV analyses; maintain ETL and backfill data; develop channel-level payback models; produce recurring performance reports; and support A/B test design and statistical analysis.
