Manage and operate all AV and lighting systems across the casino property, lead on-site AV technicians, support live events, install and troubleshoot DVLED, video/audio-over-IP, digital signage, perform maintenance, documentation, vendor coordination, and staff training.

Prepare and maintain budgets, forecasts, and financial models; analyze gaming and non-gaming revenue; produce variance and performance reports; support strategic planning, capital project monitoring, and presentations to leadership; ensure compliance with controls and gaming regulations; partner with department leaders to recommend cost or revenue improvements.

Frontline casino guest-service role: enroll guests in Players Club, explain benefits and promotions, issue cards and rewards, maintain confidential player records, resolve complaints, promote events, process transactions in casino/POS systems, follow regulatory controls, and meet performance goals.

Dual-rate role performing as Table Games Dealer or Floor Supervisor as business needs dictate. Dealers deal games accurately, handle chips/cash, follow regulations, and assist guests. Floor Supervisors train and supervise dealers, ensure compliance with gaming regulations and internal controls, manage player ratings, correct dealer mistakes, and maintain a safe work environment. Must obtain/maintain Catawba gaming license and work varied schedules.

Supervise Player Services team on-property and at offsite events, ensure excellent guest service, manage promotions/enrollments, resolve complaints, train and evaluate staff, support marketing and compliance, and maintain gaming and loyalty system knowledge.

Perform daily audits of cage, slots, table games, electronic games, soft count and non-gaming revenue; reconcile and report revenue, investigate discrepancies, ensure internal control compliance, prepare daily operating reports, and train staff on policies.

Manage day-to-day accounting across gaming and non-gaming units, lead month-end close, ensure reconciliations and GAAP/GASB compliance, enforce gaming regulatory controls (NIGC MICS, Title 31/AML), support audits, supervise accounting staff, and assist with system implementations (e.g., Sage Intacct) and financial reporting.
