Manage full-cycle recruiting for frontline and professional roles (gaming, F&B, hospitality, IT, admin). Source and screen candidates, run recruitment events, manage offers and onboarding, guide applicants through the Catawba Gaming License process, build talent pipelines, maintain ATS and recruitment data, and consult with department heads to meet staffing goals.

Supports casino financial planning through budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, variance analysis, revenue and expense reporting, capital project monitoring, and strategic financial analysis. Partners with department leaders and executives to explain performance trends and recommend cost-saving or revenue-enhancing strategies. Prepares management and regulatory presentations while ensuring compliance with internal controls, gaming regulations, and company policies.

Manage casino-wide audio, video, lighting, digital signage, DVLED, and networked AV systems. Lead and schedule AV technicians, provide live event support, troubleshoot and maintain equipment, document system configurations, coordinate vendors, train staff, enforce safety procedures, and recommend upgrades and process improvements. The role supports entertainment, marketing, IT, and special events across multiple venues.

Supports and maintains cybersecurity infrastructure for casino gaming systems, payment data, guest information, and IoT devices. Responsibilities include managing EDR, firewalls, network segmentation, NetFlow, identity-based access, SIEM and vulnerability tools; supporting PCI DSS, GLI, and regulatory compliance; monitoring incidents with a managed SOC; conducting assessments; assisting with response, audits, vendor risk, security training, system integration, documentation, and on-call coverage.

The Accountant manages advanced accounting across casino and nongaming operations, including financial reporting, month-end and year-end close, casino revenue reconciliations, CIP and construction accounting, fixed assets, vendor invoices, compliance, and audits. The role provides financial analysis, supports budgeting and forecasting, strengthens internal controls, and mentors junior accounting staff. Experience with GAAP, regulated-industry accounting, advanced Excel, ERP systems, and gaming operations is valuable. The position requires onsite casino work, flexible hours during peak periods, and the ability to obtain and maintain a gaming license.

Dual-rate role performing as Table Games Dealer or Floor Supervisor as business needs dictate. Dealers deal games accurately, handle chips/cash, follow regulations, and assist guests. Floor Supervisors train and supervise dealers, ensure compliance with gaming regulations and internal controls, manage player ratings, correct dealer mistakes, and maintain a safe work environment. Must obtain/maintain Catawba gaming license and work varied schedules.

Manage day-to-day accounting across gaming and non-gaming units, lead month-end close, ensure reconciliations and GAAP/GASB compliance, enforce gaming regulatory controls (NIGC MICS, Title 31/AML), support audits, supervise accounting staff, and assist with system implementations (e.g., Sage Intacct) and financial reporting.
