The role partners with Commercial, Product, Technical Support, and Sport Science teams while communicating customer feedback and product insights to internal stakeholders.

Leads Catapult’s global marketing strategy across brand, storytelling, digital, product marketing, demand generation, events, and go-to-market execution. Owns product launch success, pipeline and revenue contribution, brand positioning, marketing budgets, analytics, and global team development. Partners closely with Product and Sales to align launches with commercial targets and reports marketing impact to executive leadership.

Design, build, test, deploy, and maintain backend services and frontend experiences for a football analytics platform. Own features from architecture through production operation, contribute to API and distributed-system design, participate in code reviews and engineering processes, improve code quality and architecture, and collaborate with Product and engineering teams to deliver reliable software.

Oversee AP and AR operations, manage an eight-person team, optimize order-to-cash and procure-to-pay processes, improve cash flow and cost efficiency, ensure financial compliance, and deliver reporting and insights to leadership. Partner with finance, procurement, and business solutions teams to automate workflows, strengthen controls, support audits, and enhance financial systems and operational performance.

The Quality Assurance Engineer will develop tests for sports technology products, improve product quality, collaborate in Agile teams, and maintain automated test suites.

The Principal Computer Vision Engineer will lead a team to develop computer vision and tracking systems for sports performance technology, optimizing models, and ensuring system reliability.

Lead development of RaceWatch motorsport software, design and prioritise features with product and customers, mentor engineers, deliver high-quality, reusable code, ensure reliability, and support live motorsport events.

The Senior Software Engineer will design, build, and maintain features for a cloud platform using Golang and AWS, focusing on performance optimization and development best practices.

Own and build the data foundation for an AI sports-performance platform: design data architecture, real-time streaming ingestion, time-series storage, feature store and millisecond feature serving, sport knowledge graph and evaluation/calibration frameworks, ensure tenant-level isolation and provenance, and work closely with domain scientists and AI engineers to deliver trustworthy, production-grade ML infrastructure.

Lead end-to-end hardware and firmware product development for on-field sports devices. Translate customer insights into roadmaps and specifications, partner with engineering, industrial design, manufacturing and QA, run field tests and beta/G A deployments, track product metrics, and drive production readiness, cost, reliability and lifecycle improvements to deliver connected wearable and capture infrastructure.

Design and ship reliable production agentic AI systems for sports performance. Build multi-agent orchestration, persistent memory, tool use, confidence calibration, human-in-the-loop escalation, evaluation harnesses, observability, and regression testing. Collaborate with sport scientists and domain experts to create grounded, traceable, actionable recommendations that appropriately defer to humans. Requires strong Python, software engineering, production operations, and hands-on experience with agentic AI, multi-agent systems, and probabilistic model calibration.

Leads Catapult’s global FP&A function, overseeing budgeting, forecasting, strategic planning, financial reporting, KPI development, performance analysis, scenario modeling, and M&A support. Partners with executives and cross-functional leaders to drive data-informed decisions, improve finance systems and processes, and strengthen reporting. Manages and mentors a three-person FP&A team while leading change management, system implementations, and global financial operations.

Design, train, and deploy computer vision models and classical CV pipelines from raw video ingestion to production inference. Build geometric vision solutions (camera calibration, homography), optimize inference (TensorRT/ONNX Runtime), containerize Python microservices (Docker), support cross-platform desktop integration via ONNX Runtime C++ APIs, and develop automated data-curation pipelines to version and pre-label high-throughput datasets.

Design, build and maintain high-performance, real-time C++ software for live video capture and processing (H.264/H.265) using FFmpeg. Solve low-latency, multithreaded, cross-platform (Windows/Linux) and networked/distributed systems problems. Improve architecture, code quality and testing; write unit tests and drive automation while collaborating with engineering and sports-technology teams to deliver reliable gameday systems.

Lead development of computer vision and real-time tracking systems for camera-based sports products: train and optimize neural networks for edge inference, extend tracking and motion-recognition pipelines, own reliability and quality metrics, and analyze data to drive improvements across the perception stack.

Lead new business growth across Southeast Asia by prospecting and closing enterprise sports clients. Develop territory plans, deliver demos and proposals, manage partners and CRM, forecast revenue, identify blockers, and represent Catapult at events while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
