Design tracking, segmentation, and motion-recognition algorithms; train and deploy ML models to edge devices; develop reliable customer-facing services; analyze production data; and optimize inference performance. The role requires hands-on Python and C++ development, strong backend engineering, distributed or data-intensive systems experience, and exposure to computer vision, ML infrastructure, signal processing, or real-time systems.

Develop and maintain Catapult’s RaceWatch motorsport software for racing series. Responsibilities include designing features with product managers and customers, building reliable and reusable code, improving software quality and reliability, supporting the full product lifecycle, and contributing to innovative capabilities. The role is based in London three days per week and includes rotational weekend coverage for live motorsport events.

Leads People & Culture strategy across the EMEA region, partnering with senior leaders on workforce planning, organizational design, change management, talent development, employee experience, and culture. Manages a regional team, supports operations across three offices and 16 countries, and drives initiatives spanning learning, DEI, reward, talent acquisition, and leadership development. Uses workforce data and insights to improve engagement, retention, business performance, and consistency across regional people processes.

Onboard, train, and support professional soccer clubs using Catapult’s integrated video, GPS, tactical data, and collaboration platforms. The role manages account health, retention, product adoption, expansion opportunities, client transitions, workshops, and match-day support. It requires strong soccer analysis expertise, consultative communication, public speaking, commercial awareness, and extensive travel across North America. The specialist will also represent Catapult at industry events and provide customer feedback to influence the product roadmap.

Leads Catapult’s global marketing strategy across brand, storytelling, digital, product marketing, demand generation, events, and go-to-market execution. Owns product launch success, pipeline and revenue contribution, brand positioning, marketing budgets, analytics, and global team development. Partners closely with Product and Sales to align launches with commercial targets and reports marketing impact to executive leadership.

Design, build, and maintain full-stack applications for data ingestion, video content, and workforce tooling. Implement Angular front ends, Spring Boot/Kotlin or Java backends, and SQL-driven databases. Build scalable recruitment processes, talent pipelines, employer branding, and recruitment reporting while partnering with hiring managers. Support sourcing through networks, referrals, schools, job fairs, social media, and community activities. Contribute to onboarding, career planning, succession planning, internal mobility, and broader talent initiatives. Occasional travel across Philippine sites is required.

Own and build the data foundation for an AI sports-performance platform: design data architecture, real-time streaming ingestion, time-series storage, feature store and millisecond feature serving, sport knowledge graph and evaluation/calibration frameworks, ensure tenant-level isolation and provenance, and work closely with domain scientists and AI engineers to deliver trustworthy, production-grade ML infrastructure.

Design, train, and deploy computer vision models and classical CV pipelines from raw video ingestion to production inference. Build geometric vision solutions (camera calibration, homography), optimize inference (TensorRT/ONNX Runtime), containerize Python microservices (Docker), support cross-platform desktop integration via ONNX Runtime C++ APIs, and develop automated data-curation pipelines to version and pre-label high-throughput datasets.

Design, build and maintain high-performance, real-time C++ software for live video capture and processing (H.264/H.265) using FFmpeg. Solve low-latency, multithreaded, cross-platform (Windows/Linux) and networked/distributed systems problems.
