Provide high-level administrative and operational support to the CEO, managing complex global calendars, travel, meetings, materials, confidential information, and NYC office logistics while coordinating board/investor events and tracking key initiatives to ensure executive effectiveness.

Manage a portfolio of elite sports customers across France/EMEA: onboard, train, demo, support and renewals for athlete tracking hardware/software. Provide data analysis, product feedback, cross-sell/upsell, and represent Catapult at events while collaborating with sales, sport scientists, and engineers.

Develop firmware solutions for wearable sports technology, work on new hardware, collaborate with engineers, and ensure product quality and functionality.

Lead the computer vision and tracking systems, mentoring engineers and optimizing models for athlete performance insights, while ensuring reliability of the technology stack.

Manage a portfolio of elite sports teams across EMEA, deliver onboarding, training, demos and support for athlete-tracking hardware and software, perform statistical data analysis, drive renewals/expansions, provide product feedback, and represent Catapult at events. Fluent Russian and English required.
