Lead and execute process validation (including TMV and CSV) for manufacturing in regulated environments. Lead planning, coordination, and delivery of custom machine vision systems for industrial automation. Manage timelines, budgets, stakeholder communications, project documentation, billing, and cross-team collaboration. Liaise with engineering, vendors, sales, and customers across Europe to ensure solutions meet technical specifications and industry standards. Analyze procedures and support creation of design and technical documentation. Occasional travel (~10%).

Design, configure and optimise MES templates and Electronic Batch Records (EBR) for pharmaceutical manufacturing. Lead EBR conversion, develop MES workflows and integrations (Siemens Edge, LIMS, ERP), support testing/UAT, troubleshooting, documentation, validation, training, and continuous improvement across multi-product GMP environments.

Lead embedded operational services in a GMP-regulated pharmaceutical manufacturing environment. Oversee day-to-day delivery across manufacturing, packaging and inspection functions, ensuring compliance, safety and KPI-driven performance. Manage workforce planning, stakeholder relationships, operational governance, continuous improvement and client-facing responsibilities. Drive deviation/CAPA reduction, audit readiness, and operational excellence while coaching large operational teams and supporting strategic account growth.

Support delivery of automation and digitalisation in a GMP Analytical Development lab: gather requirements, design and integrate automation hardware and software (robotics, liquid handlers), collaborate with IT/Quality/CSV/EHS and vendors, manage validation and change control, ensure compliance with cGMP/Annex 11/21 CFR Part 11, and contribute to the automation roadmap and safety.

Support global marketing by creating and publishing content, managing digital campaigns, coordinating trade shows and webinars, maintaining CRM records in Dynamics 365, tracking performance and reporting, and collaborating with sales and external vendors to drive B2B lead generation.
