Lead day-to-day production on-site to meet safety, quality, cost and delivery targets. Manage planning, scheduling, supervisors and cross-functional collaboration (Engineering, Quality, Procurement, HR). Lead embedded operational services in a GMP-regulated pharmaceutical manufacturing environment. Oversee day-to-day delivery across manufacturing, packaging and inspection functions, ensuring compliance, safety and KPI-driven performance. Manage workforce planning, stakeholder relationships, operational governance, continuous improvement and client-facing responsibilities. Drive deviation/CAPA reduction, audit readiness, and operational excellence while coaching large operational teams and supporting strategic account growth.

Design and update PAS-X MES training using Articulate Storyline, translate MES concepts into SOPs, e-learning, and job aids; ensure GxP/FDA compliance, collaborate with MES engineers, and create role-based curricula and digital learning content for regulated manufacturing.

Provide hands-on support, maintenance, troubleshooting and lifecycle management of laboratory computer systems and IT infrastructure in GMP environments. Support Windows servers/workstations, VMware, network connectivity and instrument software; manage user access, security controls, software installs, validations (IQ/OQ/PQ), change control/CAPA, backups, audits and regulatory compliance (CSV, GAMP5, 21 CFR Part 11, Annex 11, Data Integrity).

Design, develop, and deploy custom industrial machine vision systems. Define project scope with customers, design optics and BOMs, perform POCs, oversee procurement, testing, installation, SLA support, and act as primary technical contact for vision system issues and documentation.

Lead planning, coordination, and delivery of custom machine vision systems for industrial automation. Manage timelines, budgets, stakeholder communications, project documentation, billing, and cross-team collaboration. Liaise with engineering, vendors, sales, and customers across Europe to ensure solutions meet technical specifications and industry standards. Analyze procedures and support creation of design and technical documentation. Occasional travel (~10%).
