Manages relationships and service delivery for pharmaceutical and life sciences client accounts. Leads onsite teams, monitors SLAs and KPIs, resolves issues, conducts service reviews, identifies account growth opportunities, and partners with Sales, Finance, Talent Acquisition, and Operations. Provides first-line IT and equipment support for laboratory systems at a customer site in Cork. Responsibilities include troubleshooting lab instruments, managing system access, reviewing audit trails, supporting equipment commissioning and qualification, coordinating lab system deployments, maintaining regulated documentation, and collaborating with IT, Quality, and Validation teams to ensure GMP compliance. The role also assists with onboarding and training resources joining a qualification group.

Design, develop, test, and deploy custom machine vision systems for industrial automation projects. Define optical configurations, conduct proof-of-concept testing, specify hardware and software, oversee installation and validation, and provide technical escalation support. Collaborate with customers, vendors, sales, and engineering teams while improving procedures and documentation. Requires travel throughout Ireland with rare international travel.

Lead planning, coordination, and delivery of custom machine vision systems for industrial automation. Manage timelines, budgets, stakeholder communications, project documentation, billing, and cross-team collaboration. Liaise with engineering, vendors, sales, and customers across Europe to ensure solutions meet technical specifications and industry standards.
