Liaise with engineering, vendors, sales, and customers across Europe to ensure solutions meet technical specifications and industry standards. Analyze procedures and support creation of design and technical documentation. Occasional travel (~10%).

Lead embedded operational services in a GMP-regulated pharmaceutical manufacturing environment. Oversee day-to-day delivery across manufacturing, packaging and inspection functions, ensuring compliance, safety and KPI-driven performance. Manage workforce planning, stakeholder relationships, operational governance, continuous improvement and client-facing responsibilities. Drive deviation/CAPA reduction, audit readiness, and operational excellence while coaching large operational teams and supporting strategic account growth.

Provide first-line IT support for laboratory equipment and systems at a customer site, manage user access and audit trail reviews, support equipment commissioning/qualification (IQ/OQ/PQ), collaborate with IT/Quality/Validation for GMP compliance, maintain regulatory documentation, and assist onboarding/training for new qualification team members.

Serve as the bridge between Manufacturing, Quality, Engineering, Automation and IT to assess DSME/MES landscapes, prioritize backlogs, drive quick-win and long-term digital manufacturing improvements, ensure GxP compliance, and support governance, documentation and system integration for pharmaceutical manufacturing sites.

Design, develop, and deploy industrial machine vision and automation systems. Define project scope, specify BOMs, design electrical/mechanical solutions, program PLCs and robots, oversee component selection, testing, installation, and SLA support. Serve as primary technical contact and improve processes and documentation.
