Supervise and lead up to 14 production operatives on-site, working hands-on alongside the team to meet daily production, quality and safety targets. Manage performance, attendance, coaching, reporting, and implement company procedures and change initiatives while supporting operational standards and PPE compliance.

Support assembly, manufacturing, and quality control of modular/prefabricated building components. Follow work instructions, maintain safety and cleanliness, operate tools after training, perform routine inspections, handle materials, and assist with deliveries and basic maintenance to meet production targets.

Provide administrative coordination for laboratory equipment maintenance, calibration and compliance in a GMP-regulated environment. Schedule and track service activities with vendors, maintain equipment and compliance records, support SAP administration, assist contract and supplier coordination, prepare compliance metrics and reports, and act as a primary contact for equipment-related queries.
