Lead day-to-day production on-site to meet safety, quality, cost and delivery targets. Manage planning, scheduling, supervisors and cross-functional collaboration (Engineering, Quality, Procurement, HR). Drive continuous improvement, implement SOPs, reduce bottlenecks/rework, support scaling and new product introductions, and maintain audit-ready operations while developing frontline leaders and monitoring production KPIs.

Supervise and lead up to 14 production operatives on-site, working hands-on alongside the team to meet daily production, quality and safety targets. Manage performance, attendance, coaching, reporting, and implement company procedures and change initiatives while supporting operational standards and PPE compliance.

Support assembly, manufacturing, and quality control of modular/prefabricated building components. Follow work instructions, maintain safety and cleanliness, operate tools after training, perform routine inspections, handle materials, and assist with deliveries and basic maintenance to meet production targets.
