Lead and execute process validation (including TMV and CSV) for manufacturing in regulated environments. Develop protocols, perform risk assessments, implement mitigation, optimize processes, document results, collaborate cross-functionally, and mentor colleagues to ensure regulatory compliance and quality.

Provide on-site engineering administration: compile monthly environmental monitoring reports, manage engineering documentation and vendor compliance, coordinate contractors and POs, support maintenance scheduling, audits, site inductions, and follow-up actions to ensure regulatory and operational readiness.

Provide front-of-office representation and administrative support to executive leadership. Manage communications, vendors, facilities, events, travel enquiries, fleet administration, PO and credit card reconciliation (Concur), and support HR and Health & Safety activities during a maternity cover period.
