Manages relationships and service delivery for pharmaceutical and life sciences client accounts. Leads onsite teams, monitors SLAs and KPIs, resolves issues, conducts service reviews, identifies account growth opportunities, and partners with Sales, Finance, Talent Acquisition, and Operations. The role owns client satisfaction, retention, service quality, forecasting, and commercial development while traveling regularly to customer sites across Cork and Munster.

Delivers project scheduling and controls across technical portfolios, including integrated schedules, resource forecasting, capacity analysis, governance reporting, schedule risk assessments, dependency management, and portfolio performance dashboards. The consultant uses Microsoft Project, Planview, and related tools to optimize schedules, analyze variance and trends, support leadership decisions, and improve project controls methodologies and processes.

Configure, test, integrate, validate, and deploy Benchling ELN solutions in pharmaceutical R&D environments. Responsibilities include configuring schemas, registries, inventory, workflows, and experiment templates; supporting requirements gathering, data migration, API testing, CSV documentation, user acceptance testing, training, go-live, and troubleshooting. The consultant collaborates with scientists, business analysts, and technical teams to implement digital laboratory solutions.
