Manages procurement of dental materials, supplies, equipment, and services; maintains inventory accuracy in Zimbis; monitors orders, shortages, and substitutions; reconciles inventory counts; oversees purchase orders, invoices, receiving, and payment documentation; manages supplier relationships; tracks spending and cost-saving opportunities; and improves purchasing and inventory-control processes across Operations, Production, Finance, Quality, and Procurement.

Manages assigned dental laboratory accounts, serving as the primary customer contact for case status, pricing, billing, and product inquiries. Coordinates internal teams to resolve issues, manages cases on hold, and maintains CRM records. Conducts outbound sales support, identifies cross-sell and upsell opportunities, supports customer adoption campaigns, and shares feedback to improve workflows and services.
