The Employment Specialist supports individuals with disabilities in developing job-related skills, seeking employment opportunities, and providing job coaching while ensuring compliance with organizational policies.

Provide individualized early intervention services for children 0–3 (0–5 in Lakeport), set and monitor developmental goals, meet billed hours/productivity targets, collaborate with families and interdisciplinary teams, ensure regulatory compliance and documentation, perform home visits and travel to client sites.
