Leads Easterseals Hawaii fundraising and donor development, managing major gifts, corporate and foundation relationships, donor cultivation, proposals, stewardship, fundraising events, sponsorships, budgets, revenue targets, and CRM activity. Builds cross-functional collaboration and engages high-net-worth donors, board members, community partners, and organizational leadership. The role requires travel across Oahu, neighboring islands, and occasionally the mainland, along with evening or weekend availability for events and deadlines.

Provides supervised, in-home and community-based behavioral interventions for children with autism and developmental disabilities. Responsibilities include implementing treatment plans, collecting and graphing behavioral data, documenting services, supporting families, attending trainings, and collaborating with clinical staff. The role requires frequent travel to client homes and community settings, physical engagement with clients, and obtaining certifications and clearances, including RBT certification within 90 days.

Manages nonprofit fundraising, donor stewardship, sponsorships, community relationships, and fundraising events. Analyzes donor and fundraising performance, conducts prospect research, generates reports, maintains donor records, and recommends strategies to improve engagement, revenue, and event outcomes. Collaborates with Marketing, Communications, Finance, and Operations while traveling throughout California for donor meetings and events.
