Lead commercial growth for bioanalytical services by managing sales organization, owning key customer relationships, closing complex multi-year deals, and partnering with Operations, Quality, Finance, Legal and Technical teams to ensure compliant, profitable delivery across the biologics lifecycle.

Manage enterprise-wide sales incentive programs, administer compensation operations (target setting, credit rules, payouts), build reports/dashboards, analyze plan effectiveness and ROI, ensure compliance, partner with Sales and Finance on forecasting, accruals, and territory/headcount updates.

Coordinate MS&T projects and technology transfers into packaging, maintain cGMP documentation and training, support investigations and SOPs, attend client meetings, and assist cross-functional teams to ensure timely, compliant project delivery.
