Provide on‑the‑floor QA oversight for GMP cell therapy manufacturing: perform GMP walkthroughs, review batch records, support lot disposition and raw material release, manage deviations/CAPAs/change control, support supplier qualification, inspection readiness, and lead QA staff supporting aseptic and cell processing operations.

As a Program Manager, you will coordinate projects, manage budgets, and facilitate communication between clients and teams to ensure successful project delivery.

Support development, optimization, and transfer of analytical methods for biologics (mRNA, proteins, mAbs). Perform biochemical/biophysical assays (SDS-PAGE, ELISA, HPLC, CE, cIEF, qPCR, Sanger), develop assays using DoE/AQbD, record and review data under GMP/GDP, write SOPs, mentor colleagues, manage shipments and timelines, and maintain lab housekeeping. On-site with occasional weekend work.
