Manage pharmaceutical supply and packaging projects from award through completion, coordinating timelines, client requirements, materials, inventory, documentation, invoicing, returns, destruction, forecasting, and depot setup. The role supports client meetings, audits, project tracking, database updates, SOPs, training, continuous improvement, and customer relationship management while deputizing for global project managers when needed.

The Operations Associate will perform label printing, packaging, and inspection of pharmaceutical products for clinical trials, ensuring accuracy and adherence to SOPs in a cold production environment.

Leads multiple customer programs from contract award through production, lifecycle management, and closure in a GMP-regulated clinical supply packaging environment. Manages schedules, budgets, risks, forecasts, invoicing, profitability, customer relationships, and cross-functional teams. Coordinates supply chain, operations, planning, quality, engineering, finance, and business development activities while ensuring GMP, GDP, regulatory, CAPA, investigation, and change-control compliance. Maintains project data in business systems and mentors project management staff.
