Handle inbound customer contacts (phone, internet, live chat), schedule sales appointments, follow up on leads and no-shows, provide initial product and financing information, use CRM daily, and participate in team/process improvement.

Assist customers in selecting and purchasing vehicles through consultative selling, product demonstrations, negotiation, follow-up, and reporting. Build and maintain customer relationships, meet sales objectives, and transition customers to service as needed.

Drive vehicle sales through consultative selling: build rapport, demonstrate product knowledge, negotiate payment terms, follow up for referrals and loyalty, report to Sales Manager, and transition customers to Service.

Sell Hyundai vehicles by consulting with customers, demonstrating product features, negotiating payment terms, and following up to build lasting relationships and referrals. Report to Sales Manager and drive customers to Service Department as needed.
