Oversee used-vehicle inventory and lead an automotive sales team. Responsibilities include hiring, training, coaching, setting and tracking sales goals, assisting customers with vehicle selection, presenting vehicle features, handling objections, closing deals, and maximizing profitability while delivering excellent customer service.

Engages dealership service customers to identify vehicle upgrade opportunities, explain benefits, present tailored offers, and generate leads for sales consultants. Coordinates appointments and follow-ups, tracks customer information in CRM and dealership systems, and communicates opportunities across service and sales teams. Maintains knowledge of inventory, manufacturer incentives, and sales specials while delivering professional customer service.

Sell new and used vehicles by understanding customer needs, demonstrating products, negotiating payment terms, and building lasting relationships. Follow up with buyers to encourage referrals and customer loyalty, report objectives and activities to the Sales Manager, and transition customers to the Service Department. The role requires automotive sales experience, strong communication, flexible weekend availability, and a valid driver’s license.
