Sell new and used Kia vehicles through consultative customer interactions, product demonstrations, negotiation, and relationship building. Follow up with buyers to generate referrals, report sales activities and objectives to management, and support customer transitions to the Service Department. The role requires automotive sales experience, strong communication, product knowledge, flexible scheduling, weekend availability, and a valid driver's license.

Manages the automotive dealership’s Business Development Center by tracking leads, ensuring timely follow-up, monitoring metrics, training and supporting call center representatives, managing daily operations, and handling customer inquiries. Requires prior BDC management and sales experience, strong communication, organization, goal orientation, and a positive, competitive attitude. Automotive industry experience is preferred.

Manage the dealership's finance and insurance operations: arrange and desk financing, present F&I products, structure deals for profitability, ensure regulatory compliance, prepare contracts, audit team deals, and guarantee timely funding.
