Sell and demonstrate vehicles, guide customers through purchase and financing, negotiate terms, follow up to build loyalty and referrals, and report sales activities to the Sales Manager.

Oversee the Business Development Center: manage and track leads, ensure timely follow-up, run day-to-day center operations, analyze metrics, train and support call center representatives, and handle customer inquiries when needed.

Drive vehicle sales through consultative selling: greet customers, recommend and demonstrate vehicles, negotiate payment terms, follow up to build loyalty, and report results to the Sales Manager. Assist customers with service referrals and maintain product knowledge.
