Leads the enterprise analytics organization, managing Analytics Engineers, Data Analysts, and BI Developers. Defines analytics strategy, delivers executive dashboards and operational reporting, establishes KPI and governance standards, builds semantic models and curated datasets, and drives self-service BI adoption. Partners with Engineering, Product, Finance, Operations, Customer Success, and executives to translate business needs into trusted analytical solutions while developing talent and prioritizing analytics initiatives.

Design, build, and operate scalable cloud-native data platforms and pipelines supporting analytics, reporting, AI, and customer-facing applications. Develop ETL/ELT workflows, data lakes, event-driven streaming solutions, integrations, and data models using Python, SQL, AWS, databases, warehouses, messaging technologies, and orchestration tools. Monitor production systems, optimize performance, automate testing and deployment, and collaborate with engineering, platform, product, and data teams.

Owns Workday HCM administration, troubleshooting, configuration, reporting, security, integrations, and data quality. Designs and implements process improvements, automation, business processes, and global or country-specific enhancements. Partners with HR, IT, vendors, and business stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable Workday solutions. Supports cyclical programs including payroll, benefits, compensation, audits, and open enrollment while providing documentation, training, testing, and technical guidance.

Lead product strategy, roadmap, and execution for enterprise SaaS solutions. Conduct user research, define requirements, manage agile backlog, coordinate cross-functional teams, drive integrations, support UX and UAT, and partner on go-to-market activities to deliver scalable asset and payroll-related product features.

Supports HR business partnering and People Operations through employee onboarding, offboarding, data changes, performance cycles, engagement programs, HR reporting, payroll and benefits coordination, employment documentation, compliance audits, workflow automation, employee support, and exit interviews. Maintains Workday data integrity and partners with Payroll, Finance, Legal, L&D, and employee resource groups to scale accurate, compliant HR processes.

Provides financial leadership for general accounting across a complex, multi-entity organization. Oversees operating expenses, capital expenditures, payroll and benefits accounting, balance sheet accounts, lending and trust business reporting, reconciliations, audits, compliance filings, financial reporting, internal controls, and process improvements. Partners with HR, Payroll, Finance, Systems, and Technology teams while leading and developing a geographically distributed accounting team.

Lead advanced financial analysis, reporting, forecasting, and complex modeling. Drive business analytics and profitability analysis, provide strategic recommendations, and present insights to senior management to support planning and decision-making.

Lead and mentor a full-stack engineering team to transition desktop and mobile apps to cloud-based SaaS. Own architecture, feature development, infrastructure, reliability, monitoring, and code quality while contributing hands-on (approx. 50% coding, 50% leadership). Collaborate with product and cross-functional teams to design scalable, performant features and reduce technical debt.

Lead FP&A processes including budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, profitability and variance analysis. Provide strategic insights to senior leadership, maintain data integrity, use analytics and AI tools, and drive continuous improvement in reporting and financial planning.
