Own the product roadmap from discovery through delivery, improving mobile and desktop experiences for entertainment production and payroll workflows. Conduct customer research, define requirements, prioritize investments, and align Engineering, Design, Sales, and Customer Success. Build scalable, flexible products across entertainment verticals while exploring AI, automation, and modern mobile experiences. The role requires 3–5 years of product management experience with enterprise or consumer SaaS products.

Provides telephone and email support to production and studio employees regarding payroll, employment verification, address changes, and paycheck issues. Researches and resolves inquiries, logs interactions in a ticketing system, escalates or transfers cases to internal departments, and maintains service quality and accurate records. This temporary, onsite role requires weekend and potential overtime availability, strong communication, organization, multitasking, and customer service skills.

Processes and tracks residuals checks, invoices, delivery slips, and guild packages. Performs data entry, residual adjustments, payment research, stop reissues, beneficiary updates, and responds to talent inquiries. Maintains accurate logs, scans documentation, matches invoices to checks, and supports timely guild deliveries while handling confidential information and high-volume deadlines.

Reconciles and balances pension, health and welfare, and other benefit contribution reports for unions and guilds. Investigates rate discrepancies, penalties, shortages, overpayments, refunds, and processing adjustments while coordinating with Finance and responding to internal and external inquiries. Maintains accurate records, prepares union-compliant reporting data, supports clients, and builds relationships with unions, guilds, fund offices, and production clients.

Leads the enterprise analytics organization, managing Analytics Engineers, Data Analysts, and BI Developers. Defines analytics strategy, delivers executive dashboards and operational reporting, establishes KPI and governance standards, builds semantic models and curated datasets, and drives self-service BI adoption. Partners with Engineering, Product, Finance, Operations, Customer Success, and executives to translate business needs into trusted analytical solutions while developing talent and prioritizing analytics initiatives.

Design, build, and operate scalable cloud-native data platforms and pipelines supporting analytics, reporting, AI, and customer-facing applications. Develop ETL/ELT workflows, data lakes, event-driven streaming solutions, integrations, and data models using Python, SQL, AWS, databases, warehouses, messaging technologies, and orchestration tools. Monitor production systems, optimize performance, automate testing and deployment, and collaborate with engineering, platform, product, and data teams.

Owns Workday HCM administration, troubleshooting, configuration, reporting, security, integrations, and data quality. Designs and implements process improvements, automation, business processes, and global or country-specific enhancements. Partners with HR, IT, vendors, and business stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable Workday solutions. Supports cyclical programs including payroll, benefits, compensation, audits, and open enrollment while providing documentation, training, testing, and technical guidance.

Lead advanced financial analysis, reporting, forecasting, and complex modeling. Drive business analytics and profitability analysis, provide strategic recommendations, and present insights to senior management to support planning and decision-making.
