Serve as the technical expert throughout the sales cycle for entertainment payroll and production technology solutions. Lead discovery, tailored SaaS demonstrations, RFP responses, security questionnaires, objection handling, and solution recommendations. Advise existing clients on adoption and expansion, relay customer insights to Product and Marketing, and represent the company at industry events. Regularly engage clients across the New York and New Jersey markets, including occasional evening or weekend work during active productions.

Own Talent Acquisition operations, including ATS and HRIS workflows, reporting, dashboards, data integrity, process documentation, and recruiter enablement. Manage employer brand content across career and recruiting platforms, support candidate experience initiatives, develop talent attraction campaigns, and coordinate with HR, Marketing, IT, vendors, and recruiters to improve scalable hiring processes.

Leads U.S. and Canadian payroll tax compliance, including filings, payments, audits, reconciliations, year-end reporting, regulatory monitoring, and agency relations. Manages and develops a team of six payroll tax professionals, establishes internal controls, drives process improvements, and partners with Payroll Operations, Technology, Product Management, HR, Finance, vendors, auditors, and government agencies on system enhancements and strategic initiatives.
