The Product Manager will lead the development of a new Document Management Platform, collaborating with various teams to drive a roadmap focused on intelligent document solutions and compliance while ensuring operational effectiveness.

Process, pay, and file high-volume federal, state, and local payroll tax liabilities for US payroll. Prepare and reconcile tax filings and reports, respond to agency notices, investigate discrepancies, maintain Oracle tax accounts, support year-end W-2 activities, and partner with Payroll, Finance, and Treasury. Monitor tax law changes, manage agency access, handle client and employee inquiries, and recommend process improvements.

Lead and develop a software engineering team focusing on modernizing a legacy platform using Java/Spring, transitioning to Spring Boot and React, while implementing CI/CD and SDLC practices.
