Lead large strategic client implementations of the Cassini margin analytics platform. Manage stakeholders, implementation plans, testing, data transformations (ETL), and integrations. Provide SME support, training, documentation, and coordinate with Product, Development, and Support to prioritize enhancements and resolve production issues.

Lead a new Chennai engineering team (up to 5 developers), split 50/50 between hands-on development and technical leadership. Hire, mentor, enforce SDLC and technical standards, liaise with UK stakeholders, plan and deliver projects, and improve platform features and reliability.

Own end-to-end market and reference data flows, monitor and resolve data quality issues, act as second-line escalation for data incidents, triage and escalate to vendors and engineering, and maintain support documentation and runbooks to improve resolution rates.

Join the Production Support Team to perform data entry and correction, triage and manage support tickets, diagnose and troubleshoot software issues, liaise with clients and internal teams, track and escalate bugs, and help document support processes and client-facing materials while maintaining SLA compliance.

Provide hands-on production support: diagnose and troubleshoot software issues, manage SLA-driven tickets, triage incidents, liaise with clients and engineering teams, monitor systems, track bugs to resolution, and create client-facing documentation and support processes.

Design, develop, and execute manual and automated test plans across frontend, backend, and APIs. Build and maintain test automation in CI/CD, investigate defects, work in Agile teams, test cloud environments (preferably AWS), manage test cases and defects in Xray/JIRA, and champion QA best practices while collaborating with stakeholders and developers.

Own and translate product features into epics and user stories, prioritize and create JIRA tickets, prototype UI/workflows, define acceptance criteria, test functionality with QA, and coordinate delivery with global stakeholders for margin and collateral analytics.
