Lead and architect backend and full-stack systems, design scalable fault-tolerant services, maintain cloud infrastructure (AWS), enforce security and anti-fraud measures, manage SDLC, prioritize product & tech backlog, mentor developers, and drive continuous improvement of applications and processes.

Manage day-to-day relationships for Tier 1 client accounts, drive account growth, negotiate and renew contracts, upsell and cross-sell, produce reports and forecasts, coordinate with internal teams (catalogue, operations, marketing), represent Cashwave at events, and ensure high customer satisfaction and strategic partnerships.

Monitor and troubleshoot product performance, handle escalated support tickets, document recurring issues, collaborate with engineering and product teams, and maintain monitoring, alerts, and logging for product health.
