The Chief Revenue Officer will lead company-wide revenue growth across sales, marketing, business development, pricing, and customer experience. The Senior Accountant prepares and analyzes financial statements, performs bank and account reconciliations, maintains balance sheet, inventory, and fixed asset records, and supports month-end, year-end, and external audit activities. The role researches discrepancies, maintains accounting documentation, ensures compliance with internal controls, and improves accounting processes. It also provides cross-training and backup support while using Great Plains and Excel to maintain accurate financial records.

Develop and automate reports and dashboards using Tableau and Excel. Extract, clean, validate, and analyze data from multiple sources. Collaborate with teams to define reporting needs, document processes, and present insights to stakeholders while ensuring data quality and accuracy.

Perform data entry and analysis for contracts, support month-end processing and reporting, maintain bank accounts and payout distributions, handle customer billing inquiries, manage collections data, identify process improvements, cross-train to back up manager, and perform related tasks as assigned.

Lead all accounting and treasury functions for Cash Depot, managing a team of 15+. Oversee financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, audits, cash management, internal controls, compliance, and process automation while partnering with executive leadership to drive profitable growth.

Manage full-cycle recruiting and HR administrative tasks: screen resumes, coordinate interviews, onboard new hires, maintain personnel and medical records, administer benefits, track HR metrics, initiate background/drug screens, and support hiring managers with job descriptions and offer letters.

Serve as primary customer contact for the Bank in a Box platform: deliver training via Teams/Zoom, provide support, build relationships, coordinate cross-functional teams, identify upsell opportunities, and manage multiple priorities with attention to detail.

Install, convert, repair, remove and maintain ATMs, Air/Vac equipment and related products. Perform cash replenishment and coin removal, complete administrative paperwork, follow security procedures, meet efficiency and safety metrics, assist and train other technicians, and work a flexible on-call schedule with independent field work.

Lead end-to-end IT projects, manage plans, budgets, schedules, risks, and vendors. Coordinate cross-functional teams, provide stakeholder communication and status reporting, enforce governance, and deliver solutions for software, infrastructure, cloud, and business application initiatives.

Lead daily IT operations and service delivery, ensuring availability, performance, security, and compliance across infrastructure, help desk, cloud, and cybersecurity. Manage incidents, vendor relationships, audits (PCI/SOC), budgets, asset management, and mentor technical teams while driving process improvements and operational excellence.
