Lead end-to-end IT projects, manage plans, budgets, schedules, risks, and vendors. Coordinate cross-functional teams, provide stakeholder communication and status reporting, enforce governance, and deliver solutions for software, infrastructure, cloud, and business application initiatives.

Lead daily IT operations and service delivery, ensuring availability, performance, security, and compliance across infrastructure, help desk, cloud, and cybersecurity. Manage incidents, vendor relationships, audits (PCI/SOC), budgets, asset management, and mentor technical teams while driving process improvements and operational excellence.

Develop and automate reports and dashboards using Tableau and Excel. Extract, clean, validate, and analyze data from multiple sources. Collaborate with teams to define reporting needs, document processes, and present insights to stakeholders while ensuring data quality and accuracy.

Perform data entry and analysis for contracts, support month-end processing and reporting, maintain bank accounts and payout distributions, handle customer billing inquiries, manage collections data, identify process improvements, cross-train to back up manager, and perform related tasks as assigned.

Provide in-house legal support for contracts, collections litigation oversight, HR and regulatory compliance, and government affairs. Draft and negotiate commercial agreements, manage contract lifecycle, oversee collections litigation and outside counsel, advise on employment and ATM/financial services regulations, track legislative developments, and engage with regulators and stakeholders.

Install, convert, repair, remove and maintain ATMs, Air/Vac equipment and related products. Perform cash replenishment and coin removal, complete administrative paperwork, follow security procedures, meet efficiency and safety metrics, assist and train other technicians, and work a flexible on-call schedule with independent field work.
