Provide in-house legal support for contracts, collections litigation oversight, HR and regulatory compliance, and government affairs. Draft and negotiate commercial agreements, manage contract lifecycle, oversee collections litigation and outside counsel, advise on employment and ATM/financial services regulations, track legislative developments, and engage with regulators and stakeholders.

Lead infrastructure, networks, and IT support: execute infrastructure strategy, manage on‑prem servers/storage/virtualization, ensure high availability for ATM telemetry and transaction systems, architect WAN/LAN/VPN/SD‑WAN and security, run helpdesk and SLA processes, support ERP/CRM and ATM applications, drive modernization, capacity planning, lifecycle and vendor coordination.

Respond to customer inquiries by phone and email, resolve complaints, process orders and changes, perform basic troubleshooting, document interactions, upsell products/services, and maintain product knowledge to ensure customer satisfaction.

Lead financial and operational management for multi-entity holdings, overseeing full-cycle accounting, consolidations, cash management, tax and compliance, and real estate portfolio financials. Partner with property managers, external advisors, and banks to manage budgets, forecasts, capital projects, and internal controls to support acquisitions and portfolio growth.

Install, convert, repair, remove and maintain ATMs, Air/Vac equipment and related products. Perform cash replenishment and coin removal, complete administrative paperwork, follow security procedures, meet efficiency and safety metrics, assist and train other technicians, and work a flexible on-call schedule with independent field work.
