Manage client relationships as a primary customer contact, resolve product, service, account, and ATM-related concerns, process account updates and workflow requests, provide product support, maintain accurate records, and collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues. The role supports customer retention and satisfaction through proactive communication, problem-solving, account coordination, and timely follow-up.

Administers employee benefit programs, including health, retirement, insurance, leave, and wellness benefits. Manages enrollments, qualifying life events, open enrollment, deductions, payroll integrations, records, and employee inquiries. Ensures compliance with ERISA, ACA, COBRA, HIPAA, FMLA, and related regulations. Prepares reports, audits elections and invoices, supports filings and audits, and analyzes benefits data. Requires strong organization, confidentiality, communication, analytical skills, and proficiency with HRIS, payroll systems, benefits platforms, and Excel.

Installs, repairs, converts, removes, and maintains ATMs, Air/Vac systems, and related equipment. Performs cash replenishment, coin removal, dispatch requests, inventory communication, paperwork, customer service, safety procedures, and performance tracking. The role requires extensive driving, independent field work, physical lifting, on-call availability, and occasional technician training. Candidates need a high school diploma or GED, valid driver’s license, clean driving record, and troubleshooting or electromechanical experience.
