Schedule and manage vehicle service appointments, contact customers about recalls and vehicle status, perform administrative duties, and provide friendly customer service while supporting the service team. Work includes appointment booking, follow-up calls, and recordkeeping to ensure customer satisfaction.

Manage and develop the dealership sales team: hire, train, coach on closing techniques, set and track sales goals, assist customers with vehicle selection, demonstrate products and options, overcome objections, support closings, and ensure F&I processes using vAuto.

Provide front-desk customer service at a car dealership: answer and route phone calls, greet customers, assist with DMV inquiries and paperwork, process transactions and receipts, maintain a tidy reception area, and provide administrative support to departments. Part-time afternoons, Monday–Friday.

Sell new and pre-owned Toyota vehicles, provide professional demonstrations, follow up with customers, use consultative selling techniques after training, overcome objections, build lasting relationships, and report progress to the Sales Manager.

Manage finance and insurance (F&I) processes for vehicle sales: structure and desk deals, submit to lenders, present F&I products, ensure compliance, audit post-sale deals, guarantee funding, and maximize dealership profitability while maintaining certifications and high customer satisfaction.
