Schedules and manages automotive service appointments, contacts customers about recalls, vehicle status, and service satisfaction, and performs administrative duties. The role requires strong communication, organization, customer service, teamwork, a valid driver’s license, a clean driving record, and flexibility to work Saturdays.

Manage dealership finance and insurance transactions, including arranging customer financing, presenting additional products, structuring profitable deals, submitting deals to lenders, preparing contracts, ensuring regulatory compliance, auditing completed deals, and securing timely funding. The role requires prior automotive sales and F&I experience, strong performance, negotiation and closing skills, dealership finance knowledge, an active Virginia driver's license, and schedule flexibility.

Sell new and pre-owned Toyota vehicles, provide professional demonstrations, follow up with customers, use consultative selling techniques after training, overcome objections, build lasting relationships, and report progress to the Sales Manager.

Manage and develop the dealership sales team: hire, train, coach on closing techniques, set and track sales goals, assist customers with vehicle selection, demonstrate products and options, overcome objections, support closings, and ensure F&I processes using vAuto.
