Leads judicial engagement and court improvement initiatives focused on reducing the need for foster care. Identifies and disseminates court best practices, provides technical assistance and training to judges and attorneys, supports court technology adoption, and promotes collaboration among courts, child welfare agencies, legislatures, and Supreme Courts. Builds a national network of mentor judges and advises on state legislation and systems integration.

Provides executive administrative and project support to a Managing Director or Senior Director. Responsibilities include calendar and travel coordination, project and event management, correspondence and document preparation, administrative process development, staff guidance, budget monitoring, variance analysis, invoice and expense processing, and handling confidential information.

Provides legal counsel to foundation leaders and staff, with primary responsibility for contracts, grants, collaborations, corporate matters, tax-exempt compliance, intellectual property, and risk management. Drafts and negotiates agreements, advises on nonprofit and private foundation requirements, develops policies and training, collaborates with internal teams and outside counsel, and supervises legal staff.

Provide paralegal support including records and subpoena management, litigation support, drafting and negotiating contracts and grants, basic legal research, contract system assistance, training, and support for risk management and compliance functions under Counsel supervision.
