Manage compensation and benefits programs including leave of absence administration, vendor and plan management, market pay analysis, benefits enrollment and communications, compliance with FMLA/ADA/ERISA/COBRA, and reporting and project management for audits.

The Office Administrator manages daily administrative functions, oversees compliance with policies, supports budgeting and project management, and supervises staff, ensuring efficient office operations.
