Leads strategic operational planning, budget monitoring, contract lifecycle support, and systems maintenance for Systems Improvement initiatives. Partners with leadership, Legal, Finance, HR, and Research teams to manage projects, track expenditures, ensure compliance, synthesize data, and support continuous quality improvement. Requires strong organization, communication, analytical, relationship-building, and informal leadership skills, with onsite work and occasional travel.

Provides executive administrative and project support to a Managing or Senior Director and their team. Responsibilities include calendar and travel coordination, project and event management, document preparation, administrative process improvement, staff guidance, budget monitoring, variance analysis, invoice and expense processing, and responding to requests. The role requires onsite work, confidentiality, strong communication, independent judgment, advanced Microsoft Office skills, and occasional travel.

Provides legal counsel to foundation leaders and staff, with primary responsibility for contracts, grants, collaborations, corporate matters, tax-exempt compliance, intellectual property, and risk management. Drafts and negotiates agreements, advises on nonprofit and private foundation requirements, develops policies and training, collaborates with internal teams and outside counsel, and supervises legal staff.
