Leads product managers responsible for Caseware’s AI platform, coordinating agent, agent builder, and evaluation workstreams into a coherent delivery plan. Partners with engineering, applied science, audit practitioners, customers, and partners to define AI features, prioritize roadmaps, resolve dependencies, and improve adoption, accuracy, and trust. Coaches product leaders, drives data-informed decisions, and ensures AI outputs meet qualified auditor credibility standards.

Own the roadmap, quality bar, evaluation frameworks, and product outcomes for Caseware’s AI agents, agent builder, eval builder, and agentic memory. Partner with applied scientists, engineers, auditors, and accounting firms to validate outputs, define acceptance criteria, measure product health, and determine what ships. Translate practitioner workflows and failure modes into actionable requirements while monitoring AI advancements and coordinating delivery across technical teams.

Own and build Caseware’s global procurement function, including strategic sourcing, technology and SaaS negotiations, vendor management, contract and renewal processes, procurement analytics, governance, and automation. The role establishes scalable operating models, policies, controls, dashboards, and supplier management practices while partnering with Legal, Finance, IT, Information Security, and senior leadership to improve commercial outcomes, compliance, visibility, and third-party spend management.

Administer, configure, customize, and extend NetSuite to support finance and commercial processes. Design and maintain integrations (SuiteScript, SuiteTalk, iPaaS), resolve system and data issues, support upgrades and release management, lead data migrations for acquisitions, ensure SOX/compliance and data governance, produce technical documentation, and collaborate with Finance, RevOps, and IT to automate quote-to-cash and revenue workflows.

Own post-implementation success for strategic audit and assurance customers. Drive product adoption, usage, and measurable value through success plans, business reviews, workflow guidance, and adoption of cloud and AI capabilities. Build trusted relationships with accounting firms, coordinate internal teams, identify risks and expansion opportunities, and communicate customer feedback to Product Management. Translates audit methodology and customer insights into platform and AI capabilities, manages product initiatives and KPIs, collaborates with global product and engineering teams, engages strategic accounts, and mentors cross-functional stakeholders. The role requires deep external audit expertise, strong product leadership, people management, data-driven decision-making, and CPA or equivalent certification.

Lead architecture and engineering standards for shared software platforms.
