Serves as a senior Java platform contributor, owning features and architectural improvements across monoliths and microservices. Defines scalable engineering standards, leads design reviews and proofs of concept, improves reliability and operational excellence, and partners with QA, Product, Security, and DevOps. Supports cloud-native AWS systems, CI/CD, observability, and production issue resolution. Champions responsible AI-assisted development practices, evaluates agentic tools, establishes guardrails and metrics, and mentors engineers across experience levels.

Own the strategy, roadmap, and success of Caseware’s US tax solutions. Define product requirements, prioritize delivery, manage build-versus-buy decisions and third-party integrations, interpret tax and regulatory changes, ensure compliance accuracy, and collaborate with engineering, go-to-market, customers, and senior leadership. The role requires deep US federal and multistate tax expertise, product management experience, and a current US CPA license.

Provides technical leadership for cloud-native, multi-tenant SaaS platform development. Designs architecture, APIs, gateway integrations, authorization flows, persistent connections, observability, and on-premise connectivity. Builds AWS AgentCore Gateway capabilities using MCP and related protocols, while ensuring tenant isolation, security, reliability, and contract versioning. Mentors developers, leads design reviews, improves CI/CD and SDLC practices, and promotes responsible AI-assisted development.

Own the strategy, roadmap, requirements, compliance, and commercial success of Caseware’s North American financial reporting solutions. Serve as the internal expert on US GAAP, Canadian reporting frameworks, and disclosure standards; translate changes into product priorities; work cross-functionally with engineering, content, sales, marketing, and customer success; engage accounting firms and industry bodies; and guide AI-enabled product innovation.

Manage and scale the in-house legal department’s operations, including CLM and e-signature systems, workflow design, outside counsel and vendor relationships, budgets, reporting, corporate records, compliance filings, knowledge management, and AI-enabled process improvements. The role supports contract processes, legal technology implementations, stakeholder training, and efficient delivery across a global SaaS company.

Develop and maintain CaseView content, JScript automation, and C#/.NET integrations for financial reporting software. Build scripts, document logic, REST API integrations, and data mappings; maintain XBRL/iXBRL tagging; debug complex dependencies; and create automated workflows. Collaborate with QA and product teams to deliver accurate reporting solutions supporting IFRS and local GAAP requirements.

Lead B2B growth and demand-generation marketing programs across acquisition and customer expansion. Build, execute, measure, and optimize multi-channel campaigns, nurture flows, segmentation, and lifecycle programs. Partner with Sales, Product Marketing, Creative, and Marketing Operations to create personalized buyer journeys, generate qualified leads, accelerate pipeline, and improve conversion rates. Analyze campaign performance, ROI, and marketing KPIs while identifying opportunities for customer growth.

Leads North American growth marketing strategy focused on new customer acquisition, demand generation, omnichannel campaigns, funnel optimization, regional localization, budget allocation, and pipeline growth. Manages performance reporting, attribution, and marketing technology while collaborating with sales, product marketing, and regional leadership. Drives adoption of AI-powered tools to improve targeting, campaign execution, and conversion performance.

Own Caseware’s AI roadmap and serve as the single source of truth for priorities, milestones, dependencies, risks, and program health. Lead cross-functional AI launches from strategy through delivery, coordinating product, engineering, design, marketing, enablement, and support. Establish operating cadences, launch readiness processes, dashboards, metrics, and reporting. Proactively resolve blockers, clarify trade-offs, and improve program management tools and operating models across AI initiatives.

Develops and maintains audit content, methodologies, workflows, templates, workpapers, and automated solutions for Caseware’s assurance products. Translates U.S. auditing standards and regulatory requirements into practical software functionality, supports testing and quality assurance, researches standards updates, and collaborates with product and engineering teams. The role requires external audit experience, strong accounting and auditing knowledge, and the ability to improve audit workflows through technology.

Analyze product and customer data to define metrics, build dashboards, measure feature performance, connect usage to revenue, and guide product, commercial, and go-to-market decisions. The role partners with Product, Engineering, Finance, Design, and Commercial teams, improves data quality, works with fragmented data, and promotes data-driven decision-making across the organization.

Own and support the roadmap for foundational Caseware Cloud platform services, including APIs, data infrastructure, identity, and integrations. Translate strategy into requirements, user stories, and measurable outcomes; partner with engineering on prioritization, design, sprint delivery, and technical trade-offs. Coordinate across product teams, manage dependencies and risks, document platform standards, monitor performance and adoption metrics, and promote technical product management practices.

Own and support the platform product roadmap for APIs, data infrastructure, identity, and integrations. Translate technical strategy into requirements, user stories, and measurable outcomes; partner with engineering and product teams on prioritization, delivery, and technical design. Monitor platform performance, reliability, and adoption, manage dependencies, maintain documentation, and improve product management practices across shared platform capabilities.

Supports complex customers evaluating and implementing Caseware solutions. Leads technical presentations, pilots, proofs of concept, solution configuration, migration planning, and AI-powered development discussions. Advises on architecture and customization, translates customer feedback for Product teams, coordinates cross-functional stakeholders, and helps establish scalable delivery processes. The role is remote, requires Eastern Time availability, and involves up to 10% travel for conferences, events, and onsite workshops.

Designs and maintains automated testing frameworks for web-based SaaS products. Performs functional, integration, regression, and exploratory testing; analyzes requirements, identifies risks, documents defects, and improves test coverage and QA processes. Collaborates with developers and product specialists, contributes to user stories and acceptance criteria, mentors junior SDET team members, and promotes quality practices across engineering teams.

Manage strategic accounting-firm accounts across the UK and Ireland, develop account and territory plans, grow revenue, achieve sales targets, maintain forecasts and CRM records, conduct client meetings and demonstrations, support marketing events, handle sales inquiries, and mentor junior colleagues. The role requires consultative selling, software or SaaS sales experience, strong communication, regular travel, and a valid driving licence.

Lead prospective and existing customers through Caseware software evaluations, demonstrations, trials, pilots, migrations, and implementations. Partner with Account Management, Professional Services, Product, and technical teams to understand customer needs, translate feedback into product insights, and support adoption. Develop value-based demonstration assets, guide accounting technology modernization, maintain customer relationships, participate in events and thought leadership, and help create scalable internal processes.
