Own complex UX problems across audit, financial reporting, and analytics products from framing through implementation. Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Design leadership to establish standards and shape end-to-end auditor journeys.

Serves as a senior Java platform contributor, owning features and architectural improvements across monoliths and microservices. Defines scalable engineering standards, leads design reviews and proofs of concept, improves reliability and operational excellence, and partners with QA, Product, Security, and DevOps. Supports cloud-native AWS systems, CI/CD, observability, and production issue resolution. Champions responsible AI-assisted development practices, evaluates agentic tools, establishes guardrails and metrics, and mentors engineers across experience levels.

Provides technical leadership for full-stack SaaS engineering, shaping architecture, distributed microservices, cloud services, CI/CD, reliability, and front-end design systems. Develops with Java, Spring Boot, Angular, and TypeScript; mentors developers; influences technical direction; improves accessibility and performance; evaluates emerging technologies; and leads responsible AI-assisted development practices.

Provides technical leadership for distributed cloud-native SaaS platforms. Designs architecture, microservices, scalable AWS applications, APIs, front-end systems, and design systems; improves CI/CD, reliability, observability, and SDLC practices; troubleshoots production issues; mentors developers; and guides responsible adoption of agentic AI development tools. Partners with product, UX, security, operations, and architecture stakeholders to deliver maintainable, accessible, high-performance software.

Own the end-to-end growth and go-to-market arc for new product capabilities, including user research, positioning, pricing, beta programs, launches, and post-launch analysis. Translate usage data, customer feedback, and market signals into decisions, reporting, and prioritized product improvements. Partner with sales, support, leadership, and product teams to validate demand, measure adoption and revenue impact, and continuously improve future launches.

Leads Caseware’s APAC product management and development strategy across Australia, New Zealand, and Asia. Owns the regional product roadmap, prioritization, business cases, backlog, and customer feedback process while managing and developing product managers and owners. Partners with global Product, Engineering, Customer Success, distributors, standard setters, and professional bodies to align regional needs with global priorities. Requires deep audit and accounting expertise, APAC market knowledge, commercial judgment, agile delivery experience, and strong stakeholder influence.

Own the Domain Platform roadmap for cloud-based assurance workflows, translating financial audit methodology, customer feedback, and market trends into prioritized product requirements. Serve as an assurance subject matter expert, guide AI-driven audit capabilities, engage global partners and customers, and coordinate cross-functional release readiness. Partner with engineering, sales, support, consulting, and product teams to deliver compliant, globally relevant platform improvements.

Design, maintain, and improve automated tests for a Windows desktop application using Ranorex and alternative frameworks. Integrate testing into GitHub, CI/CD, and release workflows; perform manual, exploratory, regression, and release testing; investigate failures; improve testability and coverage; define automation standards; collaborate with engineering and product teams; and mentor QA colleagues.

Designs, implements, and executes manual and automated tests for web applications and microservices. Expands end-to-end automation coverage, validates releases, participates in Agile ceremonies and code reviews, automates manual testing, and contributes to CI/CD improvements. The role also collaborates with cross-functional teams, supports quality initiatives, and mentors team members.

Supports the Chief of Staff and Executive Leadership Team on strategic initiatives, leading data-driven analyses, financial models, market research, executive materials, KPI dashboards, and cross-functional program execution. Establishes governance, milestones, metrics, and accountability while monitoring risks, interdependencies, and progress. Helps advance AI transformation and translates enterprise priorities into measurable initiatives across Product, R&D, go-to-market, and corporate functions.

Lead the vision, strategy, roadmap, prioritization, quality, compliance, and go-to-market planning for Caseware’s Canadian audit, assurance, and financial reporting products. Serve as the expert on Canadian accounting standards and customer needs, represent Caseware to the profession, and lead the hiring, development, and growth of the Canadian product management team. Partner with senior leadership and commercial teams to manage portfolio performance, pricing, packaging, and delivery risks.

Leads Caseware’s third-party ecosystem strategy and product roadmap spanning integrations, connectors, marketplace capabilities, interoperability, and developer tooling. Defines build-buy-partner decisions, integration standards, partner certification, onboarding, monetization, and ecosystem performance measures. Partners with engineering, legal, finance, sales, support, and marketing while building and leading the ecosystem product team. Requires strong platform product management, commercial judgment, technical fluency, and executive-level strategy communication.

Designs experiments and evaluation frameworks for LLM applications and agents, including benchmarks, regression suites, scoring, safety, latency, cost, and release gates. Builds synthetic data generation, evaluation-builder, agentic memory, and self-improving capabilities for Caseware’s agent platform. Applies statistical methods, translates GenAI advances into production tooling, collaborates with engineering, security, legal, and domain experts, and mentors scientists and engineers.

Design and run experiments to evaluate and improve LLM applications and agents. Own benchmarks, regression suites, scoring methods, quality thresholds, and automated evaluation infrastructure. Build synthetic data generation, evaluation builders, agentic memory, and self-improving AI capabilities for Caseware’s agent platform. Apply statistical methods, address safety and compliance obligations, collaborate with engineering, security, legal, and domain experts, and mentor scientists and engineers.

Develop and scale automated testing infrastructure for a cloud-native SaaS platform. Improve test strategies across unit, integration, API, contract, and end-to-end testing; strengthen CI/CD workflows, test data setup, isolation, reliability, and observability. Track quality and DORA metrics, reduce flaky tests, support functional testing, and promote quality practices across distributed engineering teams. Collaborate with product and engineering stakeholders, mentor colleagues, and explore AI-powered testing capabilities.

Provides technical leadership for production agentic AI platforms, owning architecture, development, operations, reliability, cost, quality, and on-call support. Designs LLM services, retrieval pipelines, agent orchestration, memory infrastructure, evaluation systems, guardrails, and LLMOps capabilities. Influences architecture through RFCs and design reviews, improves CI/CD and observability, troubleshoots production issues, mentors developers, evaluates emerging technologies, and partners with cross-functional stakeholders to deliver scalable cloud-native SaaS solutions.

Leads the architecture, development, deployment, and operation of agentic AI systems, including LLM services, retrieval pipelines, memory infrastructure, orchestration, LLMOps, evaluation, telemetry, and guardrails. Provides technical leadership across architecture reviews, production reliability, CI/CD, incident response, and platform evolution. Mentors developers, guides responsible AI-assisted development, evaluates emerging technologies, and partners with cross-functional stakeholders to deliver scalable cloud-native SaaS capabilities.

Own the roadmap for Caseware’s cloud-based assurance platform, translating financial audit methodology, customer feedback, and market trends into prioritized product requirements. Serve as an assurance subject matter expert, guide AI-driven audit capabilities, coordinate cross-functional release readiness, and collaborate with global engineering, product, sales, support, consulting, partners, and customers.

Own and execute the core platform roadmap for APIs, data, identity, and integrations. Define technical requirements, partner with engineering and product teams, monitor platform metrics, manage risks and dependencies, and produce documentation and enablement to drive adoption, scalability, security, and reliability across the Caseware Cloud ecosystem.
