Lead and support a team of portfolio loan processors for manufactured housing (chattel and land homes). Monitor pipelines and SLAs, resolve guideline and underwriting issues, review files for accuracy, train and onboard staff, manage schedules/timecards, handle first-level customer complaints, and recommend process improvements to ensure timely, high-quality loan closings.

Drive territory growth by building partnerships with manufactured home retailers, communities, builders, and referral sources. Develop business plans, maintain a sales pipeline, manage accounts, deliver presentations and training, analyze market and sales performance, and support partners through the loan process. Frequent travel within a multi-state territory; use CRM and Microsoft office tools to manage activity and reporting.

Develop into a Business Development Manager by supporting territory growth, partner onboarding, lead generation, and relationship building with retailers, communities, and referral partners. Learn manufactured housing finance, assist with market research and territory planning, participate in retailer visits, and receive mentorship and training to advance into full BDM responsibilities.

Build responsive Angular TypeScript frontends and .NET Core backends, implement CQRS/MediatR/Onion Architecture patterns, create and consume GraphQL APIs, use AI-assisted development tools, write automated tests, collaborate with cross-functional teams, participate in code reviews and Agile ceremonies, and support CI/CD delivery.

Lead and scale the mortgage processing department, manage processing leaders and training, streamline workflows, enforce SLAs and compliance, deploy systems/process improvements, use data to measure performance, and own hiring, performance management, and escalation support.
