Develops manufactured housing lending business across a multi-state territory by prospecting referral partners, managing retailer and builder relationships, increasing loan volume, and growing market share. The role requires territory planning, pipeline management, partner engagement, financing consultations, sales presentations, and training on products and processes. Frequent travel is required, along with CRM use, market analysis, and independent relationship management.

Lead and scale the mortgage processing department, manage processing leaders and training, streamline workflows, enforce SLAs and compliance, deploy systems/process improvements, use data to measure performance, and own hiring, performance management, and escalation support.
