Measure properties, assess site conditions, educate customers, create accurate proposals, manage follow-up, and close agreements. Maintain CRM records, achieve revenue and margin targets, and coordinate with Marketing and Operations for smooth project handoffs. The role requires a professional, consultative approach, strong organization, measurement accuracy, accountability, resilience, and clear communication.
