Oversee budgeting, financial performance, inventory, compliance, staffing, training, guest relations, sales and marketing, and promotional campaigns. Recruit and develop staff, resolve guest issues, implement service recovery, and coordinate with corporate on reporting and strategy to maximize revenue and guest satisfaction.
