Lead day-to-day operations of a 40,000 sq ft thermal springs, spa, and fitness facility. Oversee budgeting, financial performance, inventory, compliance, staffing, training, guest relations, sales and marketing, and promotional campaigns. Recruit and develop staff, resolve guest issues, implement service recovery, and coordinate with corporate on reporting and strategy to maximize revenue and guest satisfaction.

Support and supervise front desk operations and concierge services, manage staff scheduling and training, ensure smooth check-in/out, resolve guest issues, coordinate with departments, assist revenue and budget management, uphold safety and sustainability standards.

Create, shoot, edit, and publish original photo and video content for CASCADA’s social channels. Manage a social content calendar, capture on-property moments and events, coordinate creator collaborations, write captions, respond to audience messages, and track performance to refine content strategy.
