Generate and qualify commercial and residential sales opportunities through outbound calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach. Present smart home and office technology solutions, educate prospects, schedule initial meetings, maintain accurate CRM records, collaborate with sales representatives on qualified lead handoffs, and help improve outreach messaging and lead-generation strategies.

Lead on-site installation, integration, configuration, and commissioning of high-end AV, lighting, networking, and security systems. Manage and mentor installation crews, read blueprints and wiring diagrams, install and test equipment, maintain clean sites, document progress, and coordinate with project managers to meet schedules and client expectations.

Serve as primary client liaison to provide product/service information, resolve issues accurately and efficiently, build relationships, and promote upsells and service renewals. Deliver empathetic, prompt, technically strong customer support to create long-term satisfied customers.
