Design, build, and scale backend systems and microservices for automated chargeback and dispute workflows. Integrate with card networks, banks, and merchants, improve CI/CD, upgrade platform architecture, and own feature delivery and system optimizations.

Own product areas for an autonomous banking platform, translating backend capabilities (APIs, async workflows, ML) into user-facing features. Conduct customer discovery, define technical requirements and acceptance criteria, prioritize backlog, partner with engineering on scoping and de-risking, and validate outcomes using feedback loops and analytics.

Design, implement, and deploy production-scale machine learning models to evaluate disputes, chargebacks, and fraud likelihood. Build and manage orchestration layers for multiple models, collaborate with stakeholders to integrate partner/customer data, and improve automated and supervised decision-making for a product-focused ML environment.

Build and maintain a scalable, responsive Next.js UI and backend services. Collaborate with product, design, and engineering to design architectures, ship end-to-end features, make tradeoffs for performance and scalability, and deliver configurable, production-ready solutions. Own deployment and technical decisions to support rapid growth.
