Lead and develop Client Success Managers while overseeing key client relationships. Drive client satisfaction, retention, account health, and growth by partnering with Operations and cross-functional teams. The Inbound Operations Supervisor leads inbound functions, ensuring smooth material flow, accurate inventory management, and effective labor planning in a fulfillment center.

Manage day-to-day payroll operations, calculate and enter payroll data, respond to employee pay/time questions, maintain payroll records and reports, administer payroll tax accounts and quarterly filings, reconcile taxes between Workday and ADP, support onboarding/offboarding, and help document scalable payroll processes with a focus on multi-state compliance.

Oversee daily operations of a fulfillment center: supervise associates, ensure accurate order processing and shipping, maintain safety and productivity standards, coordinate inventory and cross-functional teams, and drive operational improvements.

Lead outbound fulfillment operations (picking, packing, kitting, triage) across a multi-client 3PL, manage supervisors and staff, meet SLAs/UPH targets, optimize labor and processes, train on WMS/SOPs, and drive continuous improvement and capacity planning.

The Director of Business Development will drive revenue growth and forge partnerships in the eCommerce and Fulfillment sectors while collaborating internally to meet client needs and represent Cart.com at events.

Lead and supervise warehouse teams for receiving, putaway, replenishment, kitting, returns, and shipping. Enforce SOPs and safety, train staff, meet performance and accuracy targets, prep shifts, and maintain inventory control using warehouse management systems.

Lead corporate accounting and month-end close activities, prepare journal entries and reconciliations, support technical accounting and financial reporting, assist with audits and SOX-readiness, and drive process improvement and automation across finance functions while partnering cross-functionally.

Provide operational HR support including employee inquiries, timecard processing, mail distribution, onboarding/offboarding logistics, Form I-9 administration, benefits and program coordination, and event/office experience coordination to ensure consistent People team operations and employee experience.

Lead continuous improvement across high-volume fulfillment operations by identifying and executing Lean initiatives to improve labor efficiency, throughput, accuracy, safety and client satisfaction. Analyze performance data, run Kaizen and root-cause activities, standardize procedures, build ROI-backed business cases for automation, and partner cross-functionally to implement scalable solutions and sustain gains.

Lead revenue recognition under ASC 606 across fulfillment, services, and commerce solutions. Review contracts, prepare technical memos, execute month-end close, reconciliations, journal entries, support contract accounting, audits, controls, process improvements, and cross-functional resolution of revenue issues.

The Director of Operations leads site management, P&L responsibilities, client relationships, and talent development to drive operational excellence and growth.

Provide level 2/3 technical support for fulfillment center operations: troubleshoot desktops, tablets, networks, scanners, printers, rack/unrack network/server equipment, manage IT inventory, create documentation, support deployments, and collaborate with remote network and operational teams.
