Leads a multi-client 3PL distribution operation supporting DTC and B2B fulfillment. Oversees managers, supervisors, leads, and hourly associates; manages staffing, training, performance, labor costs, safety, customer service, and operational KPIs. Drives process improvements, shift execution, resource allocation, financial performance, and workforce productivity while maintaining a safe, collaborative environment.

The Revenue Accountant reviews contracts for ASC 606 compliance, prepares technical accounting memos, performs month-end close, reconciliations, journal entries, variance analysis, and contract liability accounting. The role supports Merchant of Record accounting, audits, internal controls, and process improvements while partnering cross-functionally to resolve revenue issues across fulfillment, services, and commerce business lines.

Owns business-unit economics, cost allocation, forecasting, network modeling, capital investment analysis, and pipeline-to-revenue planning. Partners with operations, commercial, technology, accounting, and executive teams to guide pricing, facility, capacity, capital allocation, and board decisions. The role requires advanced financial modeling, operational KPI analysis, and experience in fulfillment, logistics, manufacturing, distribution, transportation, or eCommerce environments.
