Own and optimize Cart.com's Workday platform (HCM, benefits, US payroll), manage configuration, workflows, security, reporting, integrations and data governance, support cross-functional stakeholders, drive automation, audit readiness, and system improvements to scale People operations.

Manage end-to-end payroll operations and payroll tax administration, including multi-state tax filings, reconciliations between Workday and ADP, payroll reporting, process documentation, onboarding/offboarding support, and employee payroll inquiries. Drive payroll automation, standardization, and centralization while ensuring compliance with federal and state employment laws.

The Media Manager will strategize and optimize media campaigns, analyze client data, and manage relationships while delivering actionable insights and recommendations to boost client performance.
