Oversee daily fulfillment center operations across inbound, outbound, returns, inventory control, kitting, and wholesale. Train and lead warehouse teams, enforce SOPs and safety, manage replenishment, put-away, returns processing, and support supervisors to meet productivity and accuracy targets.

Lead and develop Client Success Managers while overseeing key client relationships. Drive client satisfaction, retention, account health, and growth by partnering with Operations and cross-functional teams. Manage escalations, monitor KPIs and SLAs, deliver performance reviews, coordinate solutions, maintain client documentation, and improve client success processes across fulfillment facilities.
