Oversee two-shift production operations, manage scheduling and ERP, improve uptime and processes, lead and train staff, enforce safety and quality, track KPIs, manage inventory and drive continuous improvement projects.

Oversee two-shift plywood milling and assembly operations, driving safety, quality, delivery, efficiency, and team development. Manage production planning, ERP usage, KPI monitoring, process improvements, onboarding/training, and machine utilization to meet business metrics.

Set up, operate, and maintain conventional milling machines, lathes, and grinders to fabricate precision parts. Interpret blueprints, verify dimensions with precision instruments, and fabricate/install machine guards to meet OSHA standards. Support safety, Lean/6S initiatives, recommend process improvements, and mentor apprentices.

Lead day-to-day manufacturing operations through area leads and supervisors to meet safety, quality, efficiency, and production targets. Create schedules, monitor KPIs, drive continuous improvement, coordinate across functions, coach staff, perform root-cause analysis, and support employee-ownership culture.
