Supervises manufacturing shift operations, personnel assignments, production schedules, safety, quality, delivery, cost, and culture KPIs. Leads employee training, workflow coordination, problem solving, 6S compliance, payroll-related approvals, and corrective action planning. Requires hands-on manufacturing leadership experience involving machining and assembly processes, strong communication and analytical skills, computer proficiency, and a valid driver’s license.

Serve as an HR Generalist/Office Manager supporting all shifts: employee relations, full-cycle recruitment and onboarding, benefits and leave administration, timekeeping and recordkeeping, training and safety analysis, performance coaching, employee engagement, and policy communication while partnering with managers and corporate HR/EHS/payroll.
