Lead day-to-day manufacturing operations through area leads and supervisors to meet safety, quality, efficiency, and production targets. Create schedules, monitor KPIs, drive continuous improvement, coordinate across functions, coach staff, perform root-cause analysis, and support employee-ownership culture.

Lead and coordinate packaging and shipping operations for the Plywood Division 1st shift. Ensure safety, quality, delivery, cost, and culture metrics are met; manage Maestro shipping functionality; train staff; prepare and expedite shipments; supervise team performance and maintain 6S standards.

Set up, operate, and maintain conventional milling machines, lathes, and grinders to fabricate precision parts. Interpret blueprints, verify dimensions with precision instruments, and fabricate/install machine guards to meet OSHA standards. Support safety, Lean/6S initiatives, recommend process improvements, and mentor apprentices.
