Requires a high school diploma, three to five years of office experience, preferably in healthcare, and strong customer service aligned with organizational standards.

Standardize and manage virtual workstation images, integrate Microsoft Azure services, administer Group Policy, maintain workstation cybersecurity components, and support healthcare application and EMR workstation deployments. The role also develops and maintains workstation configuration, troubleshooting, and support documentation in collaboration with IS leadership and technical teams.
