Operates CT equipment and provides age-appropriate patient care under the direction of the CT Supervisor. Follows imaging department policies and procedures, demonstrates knowledge of patient growth and development, assesses patient status, interprets clinical information, and delivers care according to departmental standards. Maintains required certifications and registrations while providing outstanding customer service.

Provides direct nursing care to assigned patients in radiology, follows nursing standards and policies, communicates effectively with patients, families, physicians, and staff, and may serve as charge nurse. Requires a current North Carolina or compact RN license, nursing education, knowledge of current nursing practices, age-appropriate care skills, AHA BLS certification, and commitment to excellent customer service.

Provides direct patient care while implementing nursing standards, policies, procedures, and objectives under office management direction. Trains new clinical employees on office protocols and maintains high standards of patient service and nursing practice.
