Provides front-desk and administrative support in a behavioral health setting. Responsibilities include greeting clients and visitors, answering and directing multi-line phone calls, scheduling appointments and meetings, assisting with doctor appointments and charts, maintaining client files, creating spreadsheets and databases, and keeping the reception area organized.

Provide psychiatric evaluations, medication management, psychotherapy, crisis intervention, and treatment planning for ACT program clients. Oversee medical and clinical services, supervise psychiatric staff and NPs/PAs, collaborate with healthcare providers and ACT team members, monitor client progress, and support recovery and community stability. The role also includes family consultation, substance use treatment, clinical oversight, and 24/7 availability to ACT team members and medical collateral providers.

Responsibilities include greeting clients and visitors, answering and directing multi-line phone calls, scheduling appointments and meetings, assisting with clinician appointments and charts, maintaining client files, creating spreadsheets, managing databases, and keeping the reception area organized. A high school diploma is required; administrative office experience is preferred.

Provide weekly individual and group clinical supervision and mentorship to residency program participants pursuing NC licensure, review clinical documentation, lead training and case discussions, and collaborate with program leadership to ensure competency-based, ethical, trauma-informed practice.

Provide comprehensive psychiatric services for ACT team clients including psychiatric evaluations, medication prescription and monitoring, crisis assessment/intervention, psychotherapy, substance-use treatment, care coordination, and clinical supervision of medical staff. Collaborate with ACT team on treatment plans, support recovery and community stability, and be available for consults 24/7/365.

Provide psychiatric evaluations, medication management, and psychotherapy for ACT clients; supervise and direct medical/clinical services and staff; coordinate care with primary and collateral providers; participate in treatment planning and crisis intervention; support substance use treatment, daily-living supports, and family/caregiver education. Maintain documentation and be available to the ACT team 24/7.
