Provides front-desk and administrative support in a behavioral health organization. Responsibilities include greeting clients and visitors, answering and directing multi-line phone calls, scheduling appointments, assisting with doctor appointments and charts, maintaining client files, creating spreadsheets, managing database records, and keeping the reception area organized.

Provides psychiatric evaluations, medication management, psychotherapy, crisis intervention, and treatment planning for ACT program clients. Oversees medical and clinical services, supervises psychiatric and medical staff, advises on evidence-based practices, collaborates with healthcare providers, and supports clients, families, and ACT team members in achieving recovery and community stability. Requires a licensed psychiatrist or physician with experience serving the relevant population.
