Lead visual direction for campaigns, eCommerce, and content across photo and video. Manage small-to-midsize productions end to end, including creative concepts, crews, locations, budgets, schedules, vendors, logistics, post-production, and retouching. Maintain creative consistency, manage multiple projects, build a creative talent network, and use AI tools to streamline workflows. The role requires strong cultural awareness, organization, collaboration, and hands-on production expertise.

Manage inbound shipments from global factories to UK, EU, and US warehouses. Responsibilities include freight booking, forwarder management, customs documentation, shipment tracking, warehouse delivery coordination, lead-time and cost reporting, and freight savings initiatives. The role partners with supply chain, production, operations, and warehouse teams to meet delivery and cost KPIs.

Coordinates the full wholesale order cycle from purchase order through invoicing, delivery, and after-sales service. Supports wholesale and corporate partners, maintains order and account data, prepares sales materials, monitors account performance, organizes reporting, and collaborates with operations, logistics, and finance. The role also assists with trade shows, dropshipper management, partner integrations, process improvements, and account growth.
