The Senior Manager, HR Business Partner, provides strategic HR partnership to sales leadership, aligning people strategies with business objectives to support growth and engagement.

Develop risk dashboards and reports, support audits and compliance (HIPAA, SOX, GDPR), maintain policies, and collaborate with stakeholders to remediate control gaps and embed security requirements across vendor lifecycles.

Responsible for timely, accurate processing of high-volume payments (check, ACH, wire, payment portals), managing vendor and employee payments, preparing wire documentation, reconciling payables, supporting audits, preventing fraud by verifying banking info, and collaborating with AP, Finance, and Treasury to improve processes.
