Provide excellent customer service, engage shoppers with brand and product knowledge, meet sales goals, follow store policies, maintain the store’s appearance, and build customer loyalty. The role requires teamwork, flexibility, enthusiasm, strong communication skills, and fluency in Portuguese; English is advantageous.

Supervise store staff to deliver excellent customer service and performance. Handle customer queries, enforce service standards, maximize sales opportunities, oversee store presentation and merchandising, manage keys, opening and closing procedures, checklists, cash handling, and policy compliance. Maintain communication within the store and with other departments.

Provide customer service and sell Carhartt products in a Bijenkorf shop-in-shop. Responsibilities include meeting sales targets, following store procedures, maintaining store appearance, developing product knowledge, and building customer loyalty. Candidates should be communicative, enthusiastic, flexible, team-oriented, and fluent in Dutch and/or English. Retail or customer service experience is preferred.
