Creates original English copy aligned with brand voice, including weekly newsletters, seasonal product descriptions, website, SEO and category-page content, and social media captions. The role requires fashion and editorial interest, strong grammar and attention to detail, project-management skills, deadline management, collaboration, and relevant copywriting experience, including internships. This is a part-time position based in Berlin.

Manage vendor and customer invoices, bank and AP reconciliations, billing, expenses, POS-to-ledger reconciliations, cash flow movements, and monthly and annual closing support. Prepare accruals and provisions, assist with audits, and maintain accounting documentation. The role requires knowledge of the full accounting cycle, Spanish Accounting Standards, advanced Excel, Spanish and English proficiency, and strong organizational skills.

Support and acquire customers across Belgium and Luxembourg, execute marketing and sales strategies, analyze sales reports, deliver growth, and own sales results. Serve as the primary contact between the regional showroom and headquarters while leveraging fashion-market knowledge, negotiation skills, multilingual communication, and strong organization.
