Provides first-response and ongoing support for VIP SaaS customers through ticketing and emergency channels. Owns issue investigation, escalation, resolution, KPI tracking, trend analysis, and permanent process improvements. Partners with engineering, gathers business requirements, researches platform functionality, and builds trusted client relationships. Requires flexible 24/7 emergency hotline availability and support for U.S. operations on Mexican holidays.

The Accounting Manager will own key month-end close activities, maintain the general ledger, prepare reconciliations and financial statements, manage accounts payable and expenses, support audits and internal controls, and contribute to accounting systems and process improvements. The role partners with FP&A, Revenue Operations, the Controller, and CFO while ensuring accurate US GAAP reporting and scalable financial operations.

Develop and maintain scalable .NET applications, REST APIs, databases, and Angular front ends. Work with Azure services, microservices, Docker, Kubernetes, and Azure DevOps CI/CD pipelines. Apply secure coding, SOLID principles, design patterns, testing, and clean architecture. Lead technical discussions, conduct code reviews, mentor junior developers, and optimize SQL Server systems in an Agile environment.
