Designs and maintains automated tests using Playwright or Cypress, performs manual end-to-end and regression testing, creates test plans and data, tracks defects, and integrates tests into CI/CD pipelines. Collaborates with engineering and product teams to improve quality throughout the SDLC. Requires strong manual and automated QA experience, programming proficiency, API testing knowledge, and familiarity with Agile practices and CI/CD tools.

Develop and maintain scalable .NET applications, REST APIs, databases, and Angular front ends. Work with Azure services, microservices, Docker, Kubernetes, and Azure DevOps CI/CD pipelines. Apply secure coding, SOLID principles, design patterns, testing, and clean architecture. Lead technical discussions, conduct code reviews, mentor junior developers, and optimize SQL Server systems in an Agile environment.

Lead and grow a backend engineering team while staying hands-on: design and build Python/FastAPI services with Temporal and Postgres, own roadmap and delivery, set SLIs/SLOs, drive observability and reliability, run engineering rituals, hire and coach engineers, and improve quality with DevOps and AI tooling.
