The Principal Python Engineer will design, build, and maintain backend services and APIs, focusing on system reliability and engineering quality. The role involves working with databases, applying DevOps practices, and leveraging AI for development efficiency.

Identify and qualify potential customers through outbound prospecting and inbound lead follow-up. Use CRM and sales tools to source leads, conduct discovery conversations, qualify prospects, schedule demos, nurture relationships, and report on lead-generation metrics to grow the sales pipeline.

Lead the creation and operation of a Customer Success function to drive onboarding, adoption, retention, and expansion. Build playbooks, instrument CS metrics (TTV, NRR, health score, churn), manage tiered engagement models, present business reviews to executives, maintain knowledge resources, and coordinate with Product, Support, and Sales to reduce churn and grow customer revenue.
