Leads daily terminal and drayage operations, including dispatching, container movement, yard flow, driver capacity, staffing, asset utilization, and regulatory compliance. Manages terminal personnel, controls costs, tracks KPIs, improves service performance, supports customer relationships, and drives process improvements and market expansion. The role requires extensive trucking terminal, port drayage, intermodal planning, transportation regulation, safety, and TMS/WMS experience.

Serves as the primary customer contact, managing engagement, shipment operations, communications, account metrics, and SLAs. Collaborates with Sales, Account Management, and Carrier Operations to improve customer satisfaction. Identifies growth and retention initiatives, resolves operational issues, and develops scalable processes and SOPs for offshore support teams. The role requires strong communication, organization, analytical problem-solving, customer service, logistics knowledge, and intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel skills.

Build and productionize agentic AI workflows and automation for logistics. Integrate LLMs, orchestration frameworks, and data pipelines with TMS/RPA systems. Implement guardrails, monitoring, evaluation metrics, audit trails, and lightweight front-end prototypes. Collaborate with product, ops, and engineering to scale successful prototypes into reliable production services.
