Prepare and analyze financial records, reconciliations, and reports (balance sheet, P&L). Support month-end and year-end close, audits, sales tax filings, inventory and bank reconciliations, collections, and project accounting. Maintain GAAP compliance and assist with accounting system controls and processes.

Provide payroll and expense processing for surveyors, including reviewing and preparing expense reports, processing payroll and special payments, maintaining payroll database, entering invoices, providing backup accounting support, preparing business correspondence, and responding to payment inquiries while safeguarding confidential financial information.
