CARF International is an independent, nonprofit accreditor of health and human services. Founded in 1966 as the Commission on Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities, its mission is to promote the quality, value, and optimal outcomes of services through a consultative accreditation process and continuous improvement services. It helps service providers meet internationally recognized standards to improve the quality of life for the persons served globally.
