Develop curriculum, supervise staff, manage logistics (transportation, assets, supplies), track enrollment and attendance, ensure participant safety and compliance, review service plans, and communicate with families and management. Attend required trainings and perform related administrative duties.

Provide in-home early intervention speech therapy for children birth to 3 across NYC. Assess, document, and collaborate with families and multidisciplinary teams to implement IFSP goals and monitor progress.

Short-term respite retreat staff/driver who transports participants from Brooklyn to a Catskills retreat, supervises safety, facilitates five daily group activities (including field trips), follows program schedules, assists with community access, and completes required trainings. Work is multi-day, requires driving a multi-passenger van and lifting up to 35 lbs.

Provide home-based ABA early intervention services across NYC, collaborating with families, multidisciplinary teams, and a BCBA supervisor; implement behavior interventions, collect and graph data, and develop behavior and skill-acquisition plans to meet IFSP goals.

Provide camp-like enrichment activities and supervision for children and adults (9+) with developmental disabilities during afterschool and alternating weekend programs. Ensure participant engagement, safety, documentation, head counts, and a 4:1 participant-to-staff ratio. Attend trainings and meetings, complete required paperwork, maintain program spaces, and follow agency policies.

Provide in-home occupational therapy to children (birth-3) with developmental delays across NYC. Deliver 1:1 therapy, collaborate with families on IFSP goals, monitor progress, document outcomes, and coordinate with a multidisciplinary team.

Provide in-home physical therapy to children (birth–3) with developmental delays. Collaborate with families and multidisciplinary team to create and monitor IFSP-based programs, document progress, and communicate treatment outcomes. Travel throughout NYC boroughs for sessions and meetings.

Support outreach and engagement across social media and direct marketing channels. Create accessible, ADA-compliant content, coordinate with department leads and design team, manage community outreach/events, respond to user inquiries, track metrics, and obtain approvals. Attend in-person meetings across NYC and maintain program-brand consistency while meeting deadlines and supporting multiple projects.

Provide in-home early intervention special education services across NYC boroughs. Deliver behavior interventions, develop behavior and skill-acquisition plans, collaborate with families and multidisciplinary teams, and follow IFSP goals. Travel to client homes and healthcare settings; maintain communication with supervisors and team members.
