Provide peer-based crisis intervention alongside EMS in Baltimore City: develop crisis plans, link individuals to recovery and community resources, document client encounters, maintain professional boundaries, and support continuity of care for people experiencing substance use, mental health crises, or homelessness.

Provide strategic leadership and clinical oversight for 24/7 mobile crisis response across Baltimore City and County. Manage multidisciplinary teams, ensure regulatory compliance, develop quality improvement initiatives, oversee staffing, documentation, data reporting, community partnerships, outreach, and on-call leadership to improve crisis response and continuity of care.

Support quality improvement and compliance for Mobile Response Services by conducting chart audits, operational reviews, and compliance assessments. Develop and maintain QA processes, SOPs, and documentation, analyze data to identify trends, and collaborate with leadership and staff to deliver training and continuous improvement.

Provide trauma-informed, recovery-oriented case management for individuals with substance use disorders: assess needs, create person-centered service plans, connect clients to housing, healthcare, treatment and employment resources, conduct community outreach, coordinate care with multidisciplinary team, document progress and support data collection.

Lead and execute CPR's fundraising strategy across major gifts, grants, corporate partnerships, and events. Cultivate and solicit donors, oversee grant applications and reporting, manage CRM and fundraising metrics, supervise development staff, engage the Board, and drive revenue to support organizational growth.
