Respond alongside EMS to provide crisis intervention for individuals experiencing substance use, overdoses, or homelessness; develop crisis plans; connect people to recovery, mental health, and housing resources; document client interactions; build community provider relationships; maintain professional boundaries and empower self-advocacy.

Lead and manage nursing operations for community-based crisis services: supervise and mentor staff, provide direct crisis nursing care, ensure regulatory compliance and quality improvement, collaborate with community partners and mobile crisis teams, analyze KPIs, and support emergency preparedness and program development.

Supervise and support a Mobile Response Team delivering community-based behavioral health crisis intervention. Provide clinical and administrative supervision, coordinate staffing and on-call coverage, triage crisis referrals, partner with hospitals and law enforcement, oversee quality/compliance, and mentor clinicians to ensure timely, person-centered crisis care.
