Personally triage and resolve production tickets, approve access/PRs, troubleshoot OIC/OCI and Okta issues, manage Oracle vendor relationships, drive automation (RPA/AI), run quarterly planning, and coordinate cross-functional stakeholders to ensure stable ERP operations and continuous improvement.

Lead hands-on design, build, and support of Oracle Cloud integrations and extensions. Implement OCI infrastructure and security, manage identity/IAM integrations, execute large-scale data migrations and reporting, develop PL/SQL and APEX/VBCS solutions, troubleshoot production incidents, and coordinate with Oracle/supporting vendors to ensure reliable ERP digital transformation across Finance, HR, and Supply Chain.
