Supports category management for the Ultrafresh grocery segment by executing category strategies, sourcing products, maintaining assortment, coordinating with suppliers, tracking sales and stock KPIs, managing promotions, ensuring accurate product listings, supporting replenishment, conducting market research, and preparing supplier reviews.

Lead and hands-on manage Careem's ERP department across Financials, Procurement, HCM/Payroll, and integrations. Personally triage and resolve production tickets, approve access/PRs, troubleshoot OIC/OCI and Okta issues, manage Oracle vendor relationships, drive automation (RPA/AI), run quarterly planning, and coordinate cross-functional stakeholders to ensure stable ERP operations and continuous improvement.

Lead design and delivery of real-time, cross-vertical personalization systems using graph-based retrieval, transformer-based ranking, and online learning. Own candidate generation, ranking, RAG/LLM integration, experimentation (A/B), metric tracking, large-scale model deployment, and cross-product reuse of personalization signals across Food, Quik, and Shops.
