Duties include evaluation, diagnosis, treatment planning, prescriptions, documentation, EMR contribution, 24/7 phone-based coverage as assigned, interdisciplinary team care planning, quality improvement, program development, and 20% time supervising and managing staff.

Manage the full lifecycle of CalAIM service authorizations: request, track utilization, complete renewals, and ensure compliance. Maintain accurate CRM records, communicate status updates to families, caregivers, and CalAIM representatives, and collaborate with Intake and Operations to ensure smooth transitions and process improvements.

Manage full-cycle accounting including AP, AR, payroll reconciliation, and financial reporting. Maintain QuickBooks Online records, perform reconciliations, support budgeting, audits, tax documentation, and accounting system integrations while ensuring compliance and process improvements.
