Provide outpatient psychiatric evaluations, medication management (in-person and telehealth), develop treatment plans with interdisciplinary teams, supervise NPs/PAs/therapists, participate in interventional psychiatry and clinical research, offer crisis support, and ensure documentation and regulatory compliance.

Provide comprehensive primary care to mostly older adult PACE participants (5-8 patients/day). Duties include diagnosis, treatment, prescriptions, EMR documentation, 24/7 assigned phone coverage, team-based care planning, quality improvement, program development, and staff supervision/management (hiring, training, performance, discipline).

Develop individualized treatment plans with an interdisciplinary team, supervise NPs/PAs/therapists, participate in interventional psychiatry and clinical research, offer crisis support, engage community resources, and ensure accurate documentation and regulatory compliance.

Audit client records and workflows to ensure compliance with CalAIM/Regional Center standards. Monitor KPIs, conduct quality reviews of documentation and calls, identify process improvements, and provide reporting and recommendations to leadership. Partner cross-functionally to reinforce training and improve operational performance and client experience.
